Very clean food excellent spa and pool area spotless as was the gym bed huge and comfortable
I stayed for business and it was everything I needed and more.

Breakfast was good, very small glasses for juice and water seemed stingy.
The bedroom was lovely but the bathroom and shower were outdated. Reception staff not the warmest and early closing of the bar for food and drinks

Great we had 2 family room next door to each other
The staff at check were very helpful and friendly
The swimming pool was great the kids absolutely had the time of their life both are water babies many thanks
Nothing much a couple of things would have made a difference
Firstly No fridge Instalment of a fridge would be beneficial
Secondly found the pillows a bit small and were not that comfortable, but maybe this was down to personal preference!!

The only thing that gives this a 4 * rating is the pool facillties.
Granted we arrived 1 hour 45 mins before our check in time, the man at the front desk told us our room was infact ready for us, so we politly asked him if we could just go in it if its ready and clean. He wouldnt allow us unless we paid £20? Now i know there was an early check in fee if needed..but having just telling us it was ready for us and he still wouldnt allow us in, the rooms was just there vacant, clean and ready.
We only wanted to drop our bags in, quickly freshen up, would have been 10 mins tops in the room that was ready for us.
Ive never experienced such a money making scheme at any other hotel before and im a frequent traveler.

Breakfast was okay, staff rushing a bit to take your plate, fresh orange juice was bitter, the girl showing us to our seat, didnt have our names or booking! Sourdough would be a nice option, just bread

Hotel was about a 15 minute walk from Central Station, very handy and easy to find.
Staff were super friendly and nothing a bother for them. Ester stood out for me, such a lovely young woman.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was fab, so much on offer for everyone.
The facilities looked great although we didnt have time to use them but definitely next time.
Will book in to this hotel again.
Can't fault it at all.

Great location, modern, really great staff.
Some parts a bit tired, e.g. big stains on our bedroom carpet, some parts not as clean as they could be, consistently no shower gel in pool showers etc.
