the gym is excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Its central location is a bonus. The room was nice and large and very quiet.
this is the second time I have stayed here, on both occasions the water was cold in the afternoon and boiling hot in the morning, so getting ready for my night out didn't start well. Unfortunately as I was short on time I was not able to complain at the time as I was already running late due to repeated visits to reception to have a working room key. The key for my room didn't work and had to be changed only for that key not to work to allow me access to the gym. A little frustrating with repeated visits to the reception at a busy check in time.

Excellent stay as always. Beds so comfy swimming pool lovely and breakfast delicious. Great place to unwind and so near to everything ideal location and excellent staff.

Like the leisure facilities, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were very professional but did hear one of them moaning about what time the bar was closing. The hotel was clean.
We had one coffee sachet in our room. There was ment to be bath robes in our room, which we had to ask for them. Air conditioning was leaking in our room. There were two lifts to the side and one was only working which was a pain. Bath panel came off easily. Our card to the room wouldn’t work on the second day to enter the room and there was a big queue at reception and took a while to get them active to let us into our room. There was Christmas parties on and we could hear the music while trying to sleep. The hotel is a walk away from Glasgow city centre so expect to walk abit. The rooms our a bit dated and need newer furniture.
