Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, we had a great sleep. Shower was very easy to work. No noise from outside or corridors. Breakfast was excellent, plenty choices.
All good, in my opinion.

We arrived after a 9 hr delay on a flight back from Lisbon, only getting to the hotel at midnight, to be told that there was no parking, and really went out of her way to be difficult to say the least, couldn’t tell us where to park as she said (receptionist) people don’t arrive at this time with cars, we asked for a drink once we finally discovered where to park, and was told you can’t have a drink either.
Such a shame to have such a rude lady on reception that night (17th March) because all the other staff were brilliant and told us all about parking and said because we were residents we can have a drink anytime

We loved our room so much. We couldn’t believe how big it was. The bed was massive and pretty comfy. I’d booked it as I was training right across the road from the hotel. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was great too.

It was a real treat to stay in the spa hotel. We stayed mid week which was great value. We used the spa facilities when we arrived and in the morning before we left. Room was large, comfortable and quiet.

Always love this friendly hotel...even better when you were given drink tokens for not having yr room cleaned..fantastic idea because 1 free drink enhances you to purchase few other drinks while at the bar...but that facility is no longer available and we certainly missed out on our wee freebie...also no biscuits in the rooms over past year.miss them too..we visit this hotel at least once a month and I recommended to family and friends on such a warm welcoming from all the wonderful staff...Ester.Anna.Darcy.Scott..Yanis..
