You look at this actual relatively nondescript building from the outside and you could think it slightly disappointing. Step inside though and you will be very pleasantly surprised. It is actually very bright and charming inside.
Nothing really, sometimes hoteliers spend a lot of money making the external view special, Best Western have lavished funds on the internal decor instead and that's what matters to me. Bravo!

Great room and we were very kindly given an upgrade. Easy walk into town and the breakfast chef (male) was incredibly helpful and friendly. Health and reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Only very small issue was that there are kids swimming lessons held in half the pool on some days. We stayed on the weekend and half the pool was taken for this. Would have been nice to have been informed, especially as we wrote in asking about the pool timings etc.
