The facilities where lovely
Sub contracted staff entered my room even though i paid extra for late check out. Also got approched by 3 male staff infront of other guests at 11:47 for not having checked out at 11! My personal belongings and money was in the room with do not disturb sign.

Staff friendly and welcoming from reception to leisure reception to bar and restaurant. Room was excellent spacious and very clean. Location perfect for the hydro . Facilities perfect for our family with time for 6 year old in the pool. Excellent service in the bar for dinner and drinks and breakfast was amazing with lots of variety Perfect overnight for young family.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. We even arrived earlier than expected and staff were able to find us a room that had already been cleaned.

The staff and women at reception were absolutely lovely. They Let me check in early which was really helpful. The rooms were big
The spa was nice but a little outdated. The shower in the room wasn't great and definitely wasn't appropriate for anyone tall, I had to crouch down to shower.
