I really appreciate the friendly and helpful manner of all staff, I was even allowed in the swimming pool area fully dressed, just to wear blue protective shoe wear.
I didn't like the fact that only one lift was in operation, would be really useful if the staircase was well signposted and available.

Central location.
Tired decor. Leisure and spa area was full with kids swim lessons all weekend. With a bank of parents sitting watching. The facilities were dirty and uncared for. Wasn’t very relaxing.

Paying over the top parking charges. Although this is not the fault of hotel..advise doing your homework beforehand abut parking fees and non compliant vehicles for ulez.

Way better than I expected. Booked a standard double room and it was huge! Bed very comfortable. Nice friendly staff too. Would definitely stay again.
Maybe a fridge in room would be nice.
