The spa was very nice to start the day and staff was super kind and welcoming.
Small things: no refrigerator in the room and no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Dirty, cleaning staff kept opening the windows letting out the a/c that was left on, floors were stained, bed covers stained, shower curtain kept coming on the rod, hotel was really hard to find which your website states location is good and easy, but it's not ... nobody that's local knows where this hotel was. Not worth the money.

I really enjoyed the leisure center which is why I think a lot of people come to this hotel.

So cozy, comfortable and lovely overall. Friendly staff.
It's hard to find anything. The toilet flushing mechanism could have functioned a bit better, it was however functional enough so we didn't have to speak to the reception.

This location was optimal for reaching the city center and the OVO Hydro. The pool and spa facilities we excellent. The front desk staff had everything ready for our arrival, even with our flight delays.
The kitchen area in suite was not wiped down prior to our arrival, but that is a trivial nit picking detail.

The location was great, we always use hop on hop off buses and it was just a shame that the bus stop by the hotel was off the route because of the Central station fire and road works. It was close to the river and to the city center. Some nice restaurants nearby. The staff and the people of Glasgow generally were SO friendly and helpful.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Always love this friendly hotel...even better when you were given drink tokens for not having yr room cleaned..fantastic idea because 1 free drink enhances you to purchase few other drinks while at the bar...but that facility is no longer available and we certainly missed out on our wee freebie...also no biscuits in the rooms over past year.miss them too..we visit this hotel at least once a month and I recommended to family and friends on such a warm welcoming from all the wonderful staff...Ester.Anna.Darcy.Scott..Yanis..
