I stayed in a Studio Apartment. It was cosy. Very clean and my stay was excellent. The staff from receptionist to room service were very welcoming and polite. Amazing time.
I loved it all.

it was clean the rooms had air con and a fan the beds were like clouds to sleep in it was very quiet & the staff were kind friendly & very helpful ! also the facilities were amazing to
i am disabled and i found the property and room disabled friendly with handles to help me in and out the bath and i’m not a wheelchair user but i have diabetic neuropathy and i found it was very easy to get in and out the shower that was one of my main concerns staying at the hotel

Fantastic spa area. The room and hotel had a very clean feel. Super nice staff.
The curtain in the shower did not prevent the water from wetting the floor, no matter how tight I tried to arrange it. Probably some malfunction of the shower head.

Bar Staff were very friendly and bar food was excellent.
When i arrived at the hotel it was around 12pm and i had an idea it was to early to check in but i had parked my car in the parking across the road and we had carried our luggage over only to be told by the girl on reception could we not carry it back to the car,my answer was no could i not leave it in hotel luggage room to which she replied you will then have to wait a while to collect your luggage at 3pm.I arrived back at the hotel around 4.15pm no que for check in and a very pleasant guy completed my check in.

The fact the pool was only open from 4pm, if I’d known this before booking I may have stayed elsewhere!
