The staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. They treated us with the utmost respect, especially after a horribly long day travelling from the very north of scotland and car broke down, so we’d needed to await road side recovery for five hours. We arrived at the hotel at 2am and they kindly checked us in dispite our lateness. They also allowed us to store our luggage the next morning for the day, as I had a concert to do at the concert hall and we couldn’t take all our luggage with us and had no car. Thank you for your kindness and care. A beautiful hotel, and I’m only sad we didn’t get to arrive at our intended planned time, so we could experience the hotel for longer.

The room was very spacious and bed was comfy and the bar staff man was very helpful, the swimming pool was good,
The bear battered onion rings and fries were tasty
The big window where everyone was watching people swim its a hotel not the local swimming baths and that's also how you enter to pass through to enter the changing rooms and to get to the swimming pool just abit too open for me, also i ordered breakfast and the lady didnt understand me which is weird because I'm in Scotland not abroad where you would expect miss commication, i told her my niece wanted the full Scottish and that i wanted the scrambled eggs and toast and she said yes and came back with the full Scottish and the scrambled egg was added to that and she said ok and I'm like eh will i be getting my eggs and she said its there so i had to explain i wanted breakfast then she went to get me scrambled eggs and we waited so long she came back and said there was no eggs left OMG

Decent central location within city centre, 15 minutes walk to main city centre shopping areas. Swimming pool and leisure facilities were good, breakfast good too. Staff very helpful and courteous.
The exterior of the hotel is a little shabby in areas and there's roadworks outside, the latter temporary of course.

Staff very friendly / helpful.
Swimming pool very good and open much ,omger hours than expected or advertised.
Hotel close to motorway but room faced opposite way and was quiet even with window open
Close to Anderston station and not very far from Glasgow Central either.
Bar closed a bit earlier than advertised.
Breakfast only ran to 9:30 and things closed promptly after that.
Lot of roadworks on street from station but than should feel much better when the work is complete

Used for business and easy to get to. Comfy big bed. Good breakfast. Relaxing and inviting areas downstairs.
The bathroom was a bit tired but that was the o ky thing.
