The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we found the facilities incredible. We ate at the hotel in the evening and enjoyed the selection of vegetarian food. It’s a much larger selection than we’ve seen at other hotels and we’re very pleased with this. We used the pool in the evening and again in the morning before checkout and were very impressed by both the pool itself and also the staffs attentiveness. We also used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and all were an amazing experience. Our room was upgraded from a standard twin to a deluxe double at no extra cost and wow… the sleep we had was incredible!! My friend is quite tall and usually hangs off beds but she fit perfectly. I have several physical disabilities which prevent me from sleeping well and I had THE BEST nights sleep I can remember. I would love to know what duvet, pillows and mattress toppers you use to buy for home because I woke up feeling like I’d slept for days and it was only 5 hours!! We were able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we were out and about and were given tokens to return that aligned with the tags on our bags. Most hotels just ask you to describe your bags or go and get them yourself but having this token and tag service gave us a lot of peace of mind. Overall we had an amazing experience and we are hoping to book here again next time we’re in Glasgow.
Nothing against the hotel but we found directions to get there on foot a little tricky. The hotel was brilliant at helping us get back to the train station though and gave us numbers for local taxis and offered to call one for us.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Spacious room with very clean facilities.
Reception is next to the spa which meant sweating while waiting to check in.

The pool was great. Room super big. Clean. Very fancy looking. Staff was super friendly. We had a Romanian receptionist and she was awesome.
Location is good for arrival with car. But walking in that area at night I wouldn’t advise. Lots of homeless. Groups of youth hanging around. Nothing open in vicinity at night so big of a dark corner.
