Staff are fantastic no issues
The heat in the room, far far too warm, once we got there we looked at reviews from the past, they all had the same issues, and to solve this problem they put a standard small fan in the room that isn't capable of Cooling the whole room with a mixture of this and then none of the windows being able to open it wasn't comfortable being in the room, also the little things that they didn't do, like a bottle of water for the room especially in the heat or a mini fridge

Friendly staff, clean room, good location. enjoyable breakfast (though a little pricey when booking at the hotel)
The heat. The AC didn't work properly in the rooms which notably impacted sleep. A fan was provided too but without being able to open windows more than a crack the rooms were really stuffy.
also unable to use pool facility - the opening times are very limited.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel inside was lovely. Food was a buffet style with plenty of choice and well presented, cooked. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, plenty of sockets and storage for clothes during our stay.
Air conditioning didn't work in 1st room but we were moved straight away. However the air con wasn't great but a fan was also provided. Air con in the rest of the hotel was good

decent room size, TV didnt had much channels, Parking right across which I booked from 'yourparkigspace' which came cheaper

the size of the room, breakfast good choice
for what it cost the room was too basic, bathroom was not up to standard (cheap plastic material used, linoleum on the floor, grout missing ), I was expecting much higher standard for £210 room per night!

Room was absolutely roasting hot, £12 for the blandest breakfast I have tasted, staff kept hovering about when you were eating it was like sitting on the shore eating a bag of chips and expecting a seagull to swoop in at any moment a take your food

Very evident that there was an increase in room rate due to concert being held. When I checked this out,it was the same across all city hotels.
Portion size of restaurant food was small.
