A few minutes' walk from Glasgow Central Station or a 17 minute drive from Glasgow Airport, this hotel offers quiet and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and leisure facilities. Great location.
Received frustration from a Restaurant staff member. Limited supplies of toilet paper, due to the toilet roll hard to reach from the toilet, requiring to use more. Toilet seat not attached well to toilet and twisted while on it.

The location was probably the best can’t say anything that was best or liked it was a basic average hotel over priced
We asked for 2 single beds after we was given a double bed then they revealed the secret it’s actually 2 single beds push together with 2 single mattresses but a double sheet and duvet to make it Look like it was a double then getting told they fully booked but yet they swapped another guest room when they requested

The staff were very friendly and accommodating they made the hotel.
The rooms were dated and not value for money, also the pool was open to the general public and had swimming lessons during the time we had available to use it so we didn’t as it was over packed.
