Reception greeted us, friendly + informative.
Waiting staff at evening meal were (mostly) friendly, helpful bar one particular lady maybe doesn't love her job and it is obvious! One gentlemen at evening service was friendly, funny and welcoming.
The room was a great size, the heating was a bit rubbish flitting between hot + cold at extremes we didnt quite master. One loo roll for 2 adults over 2 nights was a bit questionable though.
Excellent location, front "car park" is not a great size but on street parking was quiet and free after 6pm.
The main meal was exceptional!!!

The breakfast was nice but pretty pricey, constant children's swimming lessons in the pool, little dodgy to walk into and back from theatre and town, especially as I was solo

This location was optimal for reaching the city center and the OVO Hydro. The pool and spa facilities we excellent. The front desk staff had everything ready for our arrival, even with our flight delays.
The kitchen area in suite was not wiped down prior to our arrival, but that is a trivial nit picking detail.

The room was more like an apartment and was really nice, lots of space for me and son and mother. The couches table and chairs mini fridge was all clean. It was spacious room which was great for my mum who has to use a walker.
The conflicting times of pool. So on the email it says 8 on the card for key it says 8 but posted all over the hotel it says 9 in lifts and around. On staff member let us stay later and was chilled out and let us got at I think 9 ish and the next nice was another man who said it was 830 the pool closes he started packing things away and 820 tolds to come out of pool and didn't give us much time and I had my child to get changed as well. If he said you only had 20mins I might not gone in the pool. If if there had been more vegan and vegetarian option I might have gone to the restaurant.

Again another excellent stay loved it and getting to know more and more staff very kind and helpful. Loved getting the same suite/apartment again with Mezzanine so comfy and spacious luxury lifestyle fabulous price. Breakfast and lunch excellent the lady from the dining room helped me took it up to my room so it gave me extra time to eat it. Fabulous price and time

Wonderful
The location was great, we always use hop on hop off buses and it was just a shame that the bus stop by the hotel was off the route because of the Central station fire and road works. It was close to the river and to the city center. Some nice restaurants nearby. The staff and the people of Glasgow generally were SO friendly and helpful.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Great comfy room, good location, helpful staff, swim facilities
swim changing rooms weren't very clean but we were there right at the end of the day. They also closed the pool 30 mins sooner than expected. Everything else was great

I got an upgraded room which was fabulous as I like some space. Breakfast was good. link to the city centre was poor and taxi added to overall cost of the weekend
