A few minutes' walk from Glasgow Central Station or a 17 minute drive from Glasgow Airport, this hotel offers quiet and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and leisure facilities. Pleasant, helpful staff. Large spacious room and bathroom which were very clean and comfortable. Reasonable price which included use of gym, pool and health suite. Ideal location just off the city centre yet we found it quite quiet and peaceful.
Wouldn't say there was anything we didnt like as such...personal preference would be to be able to open a window for fresh air however room had air con which was great as it very hot. Also personal preference...we tend to like to have a mini fridge but neither of these things are complaints.

Staff pleasant and good location.
Did not like the rooms, one very small pillow and only one towel between two of us. Bad odour when entering room and very dusty. Very poor for £91.

The spa was good, breakfast excellent
Bedroom floor wasn't hoovered, some plastic pieces found. Shower was cold, not hot water. Not enough tea and sugar for 3 guests. My booking said 1 double and 2 single beds but only 2 small doubles in room.

Location was superb. Right in the heart of Glasgow and accessible to all that we needed. Spa offered a good sized pool that is open from 0700. Very handy when travelling with little ones.
Parking was poorly promoted and difficult to fathom. There is parking available locally but at a charge. The hotel page says no parking. This needs to be clearer and instructions on how to access the parking would be helpful. Breakfast charges were a little excessive. With a Weatherspoons a short walk away there is no motivation for staying at the hotel for breakfast.
