Room was ok, not as expected - Thick fluffy dust around the edges of the carpet and lots of stains.
Breakfast was not very nice, we were early and most of the hot food was empty or hard and cold, no one seemed to be keeping an eye on the food levels. 1 lift didn't work, took 5 attempts to get down in the lift as every time it got to our floor (5) the lift was full. When we arrived at the room there was lots of dirty washing piled up against the door, the cleaner had to move it all before we could enter the room. the hotel needs a refresh, missing knocked paint, maintenance work left with hanging wires. Hotel was not as advertised.

Good location and clean
Unfortunately on the Sunday night some other guests very noisy around midnight banging furniture around in their bedrooms to a point where we could get to sleep and with only being placed on the first floor and next to small conference rooms it didn’t feel very cosy … it felt like I was sleeping next to my office..

Only stayed one night and didn't get chance to use facilities. However was most impressed by everything I saw. Room was very big with everything you need. Same with bathroom. Useful signs small information signs about telling how things work etc..- a nice thoughtful touch. Bed and bedding very clean and comfortable. Room close to motorway but couldn't hear anything if window shut. Opened it occasionally to let some air in. Heavy duty black out curtains kept any light out at night.
Can't fault anything.
