A few minutes' walk from Glasgow Central Station or a 17 minute drive from Glasgow Airport, this hotel offers quiet and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and leisure facilities. The room was fantastic. Spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and sauna were fantastic too and never busy.
There were 2 televisions in the room and neither worked, we only had ITV2. There's only so much family guy you can watch.

The room was large and comfortable, which was ideal for my one night stay. My room was situated across from the lifts, which I could hear from time to time but this did not impact upon my stay. The hotel location was good, just a short walking distance from the city centre and train station. The Reception staff were friendly on arrival and departure. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
I had no issues during my stay. My booking was only for one night and my experience with this hotel was very good.

Some staff were excellent at the bar and swimming pool. However the older gentleman on reception was just very rude. Poor etiquette from a public serving staff member.

Room comfy. Breakfast good.
Cant open bedroom windows, when room gets stuffy. Shower water very hot and hard to adjust. Evening meal portion was tiny, salmon ok , but veg and potato miniscule....tasted good, but not good value for money at 20 pounds or over.....it was starter size. Didnt like the noise of the piped music whilst eating and there's no need for it along the corridors/ foyer. People come to stay for peace and everyone has enough technology to amuse themselves.

There was no bedding for my child to use the toilet was dirty from who ever last used it there was no toilet paper Also was only given one large towel and two hand towels for 3 people to use a note in the bathroom stating they encourage you to reuse the towels that are provided payed for an late check out to then have staff up battering on the door at the back of 11 telling us we had to leave definitely would not go back to this hotel

Beds were okay we had to get extra pillows out of the wardrobe as the ones on the bed were very thin Swimming Pool looked ok although I didn’t go in
Initial receptionist was monosyllabic although subsequent ones were better Our breakfast booking wasn’t documented so we were asked to pay £18 per head. When we ate breakfast the next day at £15 I didn’t think it value for money Shower was central and couldn’t be taken down so it was difficult to shower without getting hair wet
