We were traveling with another couple. Both rooms were not ready at check-in. We had to wait about a hour for the additional room. The front desk staff was not very accommodating.

Relatively close to the centre. Breakfast ok.
They do have a pool and other facilities (sauna, etc), but only open from 4pm till 8pm, which meant we were never able to use it. You also have to say at the beginning of your stay if you are going to use it or not, so that your keys can open the doors to the spa (why not have this as default?). Other family members at Marriot (very close to us) had access to their pool all day till 10pm.
Check-in was VERY messy, because we had made 4 bookings for different family members and number of persons (twin beds, standard bed, family room, etc), via Booking, and then when we arrived, the rooms were registered under two of our family members, so we had to decipher whose room was whose. The receptionist blamed booking.com, but we think it was more an inside problem (since one name was misspelled, so we suspect names were allocated manually by the hotel).

The fitness center was really nice. I didn't use them, but the pool/spa facilities seemed nice, as did the bar/eating area. The room was clean and spacious, and I thought that getting drink vouchers in exchange for tidying our own rooms was a great incentive for eco-friendliness.
This isn't a negative per se, but the location is probably half mile or so from arriving at any restaurants/attractions. Which is isn't an issue if your able-bodied/fine with walking. But, if mobility is an issue, be prepared to maybe use an Uber or other mode of transportation.

I liked the location of the hotel. Close to the centre...bus routes and shops. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and neat.

Nice room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Very nice fitness center.
Location. A bit of a walk from train station and there are no restaurants or shops near the hotel.

Only stayed one night. The room was clean and warm.
My wife had a relaxing massage which she enjoyed. No time to use the wonderful facilities available or the dinner menu with fabulous choices. Definitely next visit.
