Not that close to where I needed to go but doable.
Do not ever use the WeKnow touchscreen.
It has taken my money for 2 Ubers that did not turn up and came up as an error on the screen.

Location excellent, clean, tidy, nice large room, facilities all great, best breakfast I have had in a hotel 10/10
The bar was closed by 11:30 pm. We came back from standing at a concert for over 3 hours and just needed some re-hydration, (we do not drink alcohol). Some other guests were drinking beer and said the bar had just closed. We only wanted orange juice, pop and water. We had to order drinks in via Uber Eats. Hotel resin should be able to access a bar service at any time
day or night.

The hotel so nice and staff are very welcoming
On arrival we were told there was no water in the hotel which was a bit inconvenient as we planned on getting ready for a night out . It was fixed later on however water guy let himself into our room while I was getting ready.
Apart from that everything else was fine.

Rooms are spacious, clean. We loved the pool and spa. Excellent location. Helpful staff.
This could have easily been a 10/10 review if it was not for the disappointing breakfast experience. We booked our breakfast the day before expecting an open buffet as stated on the hotel website only to get surprised on the day that the main restaurant is closed for sports teams and we had our breakfast in the bar. Our host was very helpful and asked us what we want from the buffet but I would really like to choose myself and I would have preferred if we were given the choice the day before, probably I would have gone for breakfast elsewhere. But still an overall nice experience.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Facilities exceeded my expectations
Double bed in room was 2 singles places together, I could feel the gap between the mattresses when lying in the middle of the bed. I run a bath to relax and the bath water was a light brown tinge. The shower was fine though, the room i originally booked was also unavailable and I was downgraded, however this wasn't a problem, as the room i ended up with was amazing anyway. The minor problems would not stop me staying again

Super comfy beds and black-out curtains made for an excellent nights sleep! The breakfast was tasty and varied and we enjoyed the swimming pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steamroom. The location was great: close enough to walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and train station, but far enough removed from the action that it was nice and quiet.
The only small downside was that it was quite warm in the room even though we had the heating turned off, and the shower did not get very hot.
