starting from the outside the carpark was great easy to park my car and well lit up, the hotel was very clean and well presented, staff was very welcoming. my room was nice, very clean, and cozy.

Cafe/restaurant is really nice and serves lovely food, had breakfast and dinner, both great. Room was spacious, with selection of tea and coffee and a modern bathroom suite - what more do you need?
Occasional noise, whilst sleeping, but not really sure what it was, and it didn't really affect my sleep. Room cleaners must not have been aware I was staying more than 1 night as my travel shower gel was taken as was the soap provided that I had only opened the night before. No problem though as I used the provided shower gel and a new soap

Location restaurant food exceeded expectations. Staff was outstanding.
Rooms were warm (but also true for every place we stayed). No elevator, but not problem for my group.

This is a venue with parties on site and loud music until 1am which is very noticeable in your room.

Location to Glasgow airport
They had loud music going until 1 o’clock in the morning on Friday and Saturday evenings. Very hard to sleep. Also, no air conditioning.

Jamie was fantastic! He's a really asset to the property. They should definitely keep him in their employment. Always a smile and a friendly chat from him and exceptional service.
Room was perfect and food very tasty but also good value for money

The food was excellent, couldn't fault any dish we had, dessert was amazing ? we had an evening meal and breakfast during our stay. Clean and tidy hotel, staff friendly and welcoming.
The surface of the driveway to the carpark is full of big pot holes and uneven ground, definitely needs resurfacing.

It was ok,potato scone very greasy
Service a little slow, however staff all friendly and helpful when engaged,
No hot water, cold shower both days, thought it was a fault day 1, however spoke to housekeeper day 2, who said there was an issue and she'd report it.

Mill and Brae was great value for money, the room was surprisingly large and we had a good nights sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and very kindly gave us an early check in as we had a wedding to attend nearby.
