Nice location & good staff Food was good
1st room was dirty, sheets marked, pillowcase shredded & wet stains on carpet. Was moved to a clean room & given 2 free drinks Paid a high price for room, but was expected to pay an extra £25 per person per day to use the swimming pool??? Safe was not useable. No information in the room about where to go for breakfast etc and times, or room service etc. When asked they said it was on the tv, but was being updated, so we were left in the dark about everything The heated mirror in the bathroim would not turn off, hence the bathroim was boiling all of the time

Wonderful
I booked my stay at Gleddoch Hotel & Spa Resort for my girlfriend’s 20th birthday. We were both amazed by the facilities and said we already wanted to come back as we walked out of the changing rooms, before even entering the spa. The staff even set up balloons in the room upon our return for the occasion (at my request). The newly renovated spa has multiple experiences like saunas, steam rooms, an ice bucket, a cold plunge, and even a sensory shower with different environments. The food in the hotel is also good with many options in both restaurants depending on your liking. Although I didn’t manage to get a round of golf in, the course looked in immaculate condition and there is even a driving range to warm up before your round. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Gleddoch Golf & Spa Resort to anyone and we will definitely be back but with some golf included.

Friendly staff went above and beyond. Lovely spa.
. I hate the sound of banging doors. One outside oyr bedroom at no 62 and some upstairs at restaurant perhaps a soft close would help.

Pleasant
Lovely decoration, nice location
Good wasn’t great. Waited a long time for our good. We were a table of 4. One person recieved their food. The second hot the wrong order and two of us had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for ours. Everyone else had finished and the food was ok but not worth the high price. Drink orders were forgotten we booked the first 8 to 10 and arrived and were told we booked it 7 to 9. We didn’t. Staff were nice and hotel is nice. Experience was a bit disappointing and won’t go back because of that

Very Good
The location was lovely and quiet, staff were lovely and couldn't have done more for us. The exterior is fabulous and the view from the restaurant and bedroom iis incomparable. Paying extra for access to the leisure facilities was very worth it, the pool and jacuzzi were so relaxing and the sensory shower was a wonderful experience. Dinner was delicious. Bathroom facimities were fantastic as well.
Food was very overpriced, our evening meal was very tasty but it was almost £200 for the 2 of us. Breakfast was very lacking, the continental was good but unfortunately the quality of the cooked breakfast wasnt uo to standard. The "extra large king bed" we booked was actually just 2 single beds pushed together, you could feel the divide in the 2 mattresses and it was quite uncomfortable.
