Breakfast good choice. Depending on what time you arrived breakfast could have been hotter. Helpful staff and pleasant from reception staff, dining staff to room attendants. Lovely room which was very comfortable and warm with a nice view of the pond.
Not informed of putting card out on room door for cleaning, so the room was not cleaned for a few days until a helpful room attendant told us. Music in background while dining was not very relaxing. The cabin seats were very cold when sitting for meals. Also cleaning being undertaken while people were still dining as it was quiet in the dining area. TV channels not all operational in room, however we were given the choice to move rooms which we declined as we liked our room.

break fast ok ,bedroom and bathroom dirty. bedroom dirty bed comfortable
hotel needs refurbished ,very dirty and old fashioned, corridors, stairwell ,and bedroom paint work very dirty and badly done ,not a good advert for visitors ,restaurant area very dirty I could go on but think someone should have look before offering this to anyone ,I waisted my money, management should visit to see how bad this hotel is .

Very friendly staff made up for some small complaints about facilities Great position for public transport. Good breakfast. Supper had healthy options.
Shower over bath and control was broken. Lift temperamental response to being called.

The entrance to the hotel was decidedly scruffy. Our room was small & the bathroom was minuscule. It appeared impossible to get hot water in the shower & the wash hand basin’s plug wouldn’t fit into the hole, therefore impossible to shave, without constantly running water.

Fab staff, clean room, great value food and tasty food. Good soundproof windows
Dated rooms but clean, shower could be better and the water temperature sometimes shot to very hot briefly a couple of times when in use.
