Nice big bed
Thankfully I was with my husband. I could not get the shower turned off - each of the 4 times I used the shower he had to turn it off. This clearly needs fixing. Far too stiff!
Also the lift and corridors smell mouldy, unpleasant and could be fixed easily.
Otherwise this is a lovely hotel, we have stayed a few times and like the location

Leonardo INN is the reason booking.com is owing us a whooping sum of £1,066.60. They have refused to refund our money. This act is criminal and offensive. Until they refund our money, we do not have any good review about Leonardo Inn
We made a reservation through booking.com for 3nights and 2 rooms. The total amount was £1,066.60. Booking.com claimed our reservation didn't work but confirmed the payment was successful and they would do a refund. We paid again directly to the hotel and the payment was successful. Our reservation was confirmed. Booking.com is yet to refund our £1,066.60. This is criminal and unfair. We have written to them again and again to no avail. Booking.com refund our money.

Room needs a bit of TLC - frayed carpets, cracked sink, shower missing control dial, stained lamp shades, curtains need re-hung.

The location was good
The was an foul sweage smell in the staircase and outside the 1st floor lift. When I alerted the girl on the desk in the Saturday I was told" that's just how it smells"
There was only 1 lift operational. I reported in ym last review of room 133 that the light was broken.... its still broken. Its still grimmy. The covers were not for a king bed but for a double. There is a massive gap down the middle of the bed. The shower was dripping all night.
I did speak to the lady on the front desk again to be told there is nothing she is going to do, that's just the room.
Had pre booked some nights in the future as the location is good. I won't be going back

Good location and lots of good parking spaces including disabled bays next to door. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Bed comfortable.
No means of contacting reception from room other than mobile phone. Couldn't turn off the shower(!) Breakfast was not included in price.

Location was good for the West End of Glasgow. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Handy being right next to M&S and petrol station.
Bathroom could have been cleaner - door was sticky with what looked like makeup. Smell in the stairwell and nearby communal areas was unpleasant mixture of toilet and chemicals. Only one lift was working.

The hallways had a really unpleasant smell, it was like a stale drain smell. I think it could be eliminated by new carpets

Good location for us, bus stop, hospital, shops, places to walk. Lovely staff.
It needs re-carpeting throughout. Carpets look and smell dirty. Ex-smoking rooms still smell of stale smoke. Stayed here a few times but I’ve yet to have a trouble-free shower.

Room not clean, stained towels, despite asking for quiet room in advance given right opposite lift. Shower controls were difficult. Room decor was tired as was furniture. Pretty sure the booking.com info said nothing about £7 parking which is competitive but I chose this hotel over one close to town .

We’ve arrived early in the morning and although the check-in wasn’t planned till 3 pm, the team did all their best and could managed a room for us within 30 min, not only that they also offered us a late check out when we had our flight delayed

Location only. Handy for west end
Very tired looking especially bedroom. No plug for bath, enamel coming of bath. Walls badly marked
We checked in at 3 & the corridor was full of dirty linen & plates.
Staff were completely disinterested in customers. When we arrived the male in reception was on a private call to his partner as they both said “love you”. We had to stand & wait till he finished with no apology
I appreciate it is a budget hotel but common curiously is still expected
