Location is great, 5 mins walk into town, and the bedroom was warm and cosy. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good quality. There's plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel and £12 for 24 hours is good value. Good for a short stop over. The cost was good value & we would stay again.
The breakfast room was crazy busy and guest conduct was not the best. Not helped by the Easter break crowds. The hotel replenished the food regularly enough. I'd recommend an early breakfast if you want to relax and enjoy it. The guest conduct is not the hotel's fault but perhaps the hotel could ask guests to book for breakfast to spread the crowds.

All in all enjoyable
We had a fire alarm evacuation at 05.00, but there was nothing that the hotel staff could have done about this. So whilst not ideal, they handed out warming foils to anybody that needed them and they kept everybody informed - so this was actually a positive.
