Lovely friendly staff. Always someone about if needed. Hotel was clean. Location was great for the City centre.
Only small negative I have is the beds were hard and not the comfiest.

Beautiful Hotel, very welcoming friendly staff, very helpful. Food was amazing, the breakfast was the best I’ve had anywhere. Everyone spoke with us and made us feel right at home
Beds are not comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is not strong enough to get the apps on the TV, but the rooms are well looked after and spotless

All modernised recently and looks good in general
I paid £170 for a king deluxe room for a single night, I messaged to tell them it was for my anniversary and they said they would provide balloons and champagne in the room, we arrived to nothing in the room. Also we were in an accessible room, the bathroom was grubby sink too low and handrails everywhere, my head was touching the ceiling when standing in the shower bath, literally had to bend down to have a shower and I’m only 6’2” disappointed when I’ve paid that much.
