The room was fine, the fridge was a nice surprise, the highlight was the delicious breakfast, especially the lovely lady who was clearing tables and making the experience exceptional, I'm just sorry I didn't get her name.
The shower was a little difficult to use, due to the age of the fitting.

Great staff - very helpful and friendly, very good breakfast - lots of choice and tasty, lovely room - good size and warm, bed was firm but turned out to be very comfortable as I slept very well, good location.
Restaurant was closed all week and meals from the bar were ok but expensive for something that was just ok. For example - chicken burger and chips, the chips were hot, crispy and tasty but the chicken burger not so good - I've had better from KFC at a much lower cost

Thank you so much for a lovely stay while in Glasgow celebrating my 40th birthday. The staff, room and facilities were first class. Massive thank you to your lovely front desk team who left complimentary drinks, balloons, chocolates and a card in my room, was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
