Bed was comfortable.
Room was hot and air conditioning barely worked. For over 200 pounds, there were no bottles of water in the room at all. Very poor. Also one biscuit pack for 2 people again frankly a nonsense. Had to pay £10 at bar to get some water. Not impressed.

I had a comfortable stay at Marriott, just what I needed. Room was great. Room service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Spa facility could do with a bit of upgrading. But great to have the access to the gym and swimming pool/sauna.

Location, staff, food quality
Room was basic and a bit tatty. Equivalent to an older premier inn. No niceties. 2 sachets of Nescafé, 3 teabags and one pack of two ginger nuts between us. No water. Toiletries nice but with a sign warning that if we inadvertently removed a bottle we’d be charged £20. Not a v welcoming vibe! All would have been fine without the out of proportion price tag

I've booked a 3 pax room and given 2 queen size bed. For 2 adults, queen size is far too small. I've stay 2 nights and the breakfast selection is little and basically the same breakfast for the 2 days.

The staff where good and a credit to the Glasgow Hotel. Everyone of them played there part.
My safe deposit broke and all my valuables stuck in side. But what I would say on this matter was the staff and night manager when out of the way to solve the problem and reassure me it would be fixed and he was good to his word. A very big thank you to the ones that sorted it out. Thank you
