This hotel is the best we have ever stayed at.
We were greeted by l a ovely receptionist who was great with us.
All members of your staff looked after us and nothing was a problem this goes for cleaners,bar staff and restaurant staff .
We look forward to coming back on 28/10/26 for another 3 nights.

I had ordered champagne to be in my room on arrival, but it was not.
When I mentioned it I half expected something complimentary, as it was supposed to be a surprise for my new bride. Reception said they would deal with it and prosecco was put in the room rather than champagne

The mattress on our bed was like concrete.
We barely slept so that impinged on our enjoyment.
The bed was dreadful .
Didn’t sleep.
Worst mattress ever.
Told receptionist.
No mention of a concession .

Entrance was grand. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was a little soft. Tea making facility was fair.
Fitness centre was nice to have.
No security - anyone could walk onto the room floor.
Little far from the centre and very close to major roads (couldn’t hear the traffic).
Room sink water flow was poor. Shower was a little better.

Breakfast was good.
the rooms were not cleaned and not as per expectations as a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing. We changed our rooms but still not to marriott standards
