What did you like about the property? The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was also clean and spacious.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable—like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. The shower screen didn’t seal properly, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor, which felt like a safety hazard.

Lovely, modern decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar areas are very pleasant. Excellent breakfast. Inclusive use of pool, sauna was great.
Bed was a bit hard for my liking. In the room, the AC did not work and was incredibly noisy. The room was too warm and so I set the controller to be 3 degrees cooler. The fan started and sounded like a jet engine. By 2am, I couldn't stand temperature noise any longer so got up to switch it off. The temperature had not changed at all.

Location is perfect for central Glasgow. Bed is so comfortable. No noise at night despite its location in the centre of Glasgow. Perfect.
Disabled parking at the front of the hotel was a bit tight.

The service for lunch was excellent. Overall nice interior. Location.
For an executive room, and for the price you pay, I would expect there to be bottled water to be available. This was also missing from the lounge. Some of the lights weren’t working and thought the power of the shower could be better.

Location is super and reasonably clean. Staff is friendly
Beds are nightmare. Peeping and cracking with every sound. Just impossible to get a decent sleep. Restaurant was understaffed waiting times were in excess of nearly 45 minutes
