The front desk were very helpful. The gym facilities excellent. The pool was beautifully warm. The food and drinks were lovely. The room very comfortable.
The only improvement could have been when i asked them to book me a taxi they should have said that it was more straigtforward to just use Uber. I wasn't awaer that Uber was available in glasgow. The taxi was booked but it was ten fifteen minutes later that i came in to check where it was and they said that it was still trying to find a taxi for me and that they wouldn't know when it was coming until it had actually arrived. It would have been more helpful if they'd just said, 'You should try uber.' I loved the gym facilities but the layout and signing of the male and female changing rooms was confusing. I had to come back to the lobby for instructions. I then went to the female changing rooms but hadn't been told that I would need a pound coin to operate the locker and as i didn't have one i had to come back to ask for one or for a token.

Location was great, we have stayed here many times before. Room was spacious with good bathroom and good toiletries provided. good price for parking Breakfast was good, staff were very pleasant and helpful, good choice of food to suit everyones tastes.
