Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They booked a few taxis for us and were helpful at breakfast as three of us were cutting it fine, but it wasn't an issue. Great breakfast and they custom make omelettes for you too which were delicious. The refurb is very nicely done.
There could have been an alternative tea in the room as I don't drink caffeine and the bed was a bit too firm for our tastes but again refurbished room was very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean hotel
Bed was so hard. Pillows not the best.
Not a rested sleep due to wind noise outside (weather wasnt poor). Could also hear traffic from motorway adjacent to the hotel.

All staff were very pleasant
Fridge in room was dirty - crumbs and food residue from previous occupant. Bedside lights didn’t work. Door had to be slammed to shut properly. Bathroom old fashioned. Room was generally tired.

All of the Hotel staff were excellent, from reception to breakfast to housekeeping. Brilliant.
Bathroom was dated and a little tired
Room decor needed a refresh.
Room was too warm and the air con/ cold air blower did not work. But a fan was supplied.
Breakfast was chaotic but mainly due to a very large party with some poor parenting.
