The parking and location of the hotel.
Outdated room, seems not maintained at all. There was black mould on the bathroom grout and along the edge of the bathtub where the shower screen is, and the bathroom floor still had marks on it. The shower pressure was non-existent and the toilet flush was temperamental. Honestly, we've stayed in bothies with better showers and toilets. The room was fairly clean overall, but the cleaning lacked attention to detail. We expected better for a hotel of this standard and brand. The room we had is in urgent need of renovation. We chose this hotel based on its reviews and were disappointed.

The size of the room was spacious Breakfast was healthier and delicious.
I would prefer if the breakfast menu can be changed regularly Room cleaning was poor; our room was not packed neatly. Only the bed was made and bathrooms wiped nothing earls We don't have to ask for toilet paper when is finished. Which we did. Kindly create some fresh air within the windows, rooms can be suffocating.

The room was very noisy and unclean , there was dirt underneath the bed and the toilet needs refurbished the sink had toothpaste marks on it from the last guests
