The food was fantastic
Some staff were a little abrupt. The leisure facilities and rooms could do with being refurbished. Coffee was meant to be Starbucks but tasted and was presented nothing like u would get in a normal starbucks

Roadworks outside the hotel made it very difficult even with sat nav to get to the hotel.
