The location was good, as it was extremely near (5 minute walk) to the boxhub which was where a wedding was taking place for some of our friends. It also enables you a nice place to get into that is near the motorways, as well as Glasgow city centre. The food at the hotel was good and the staff were extremely nice to us. Not much fault at all in regard to a hotel and hotel room
Most stuff was good, but for the price you probably expect a little bit extra. The pool is a little bit lacking, it isn't very big, and it's pretty shallow which isn't great. I am 5ft10 and struggled with the shallowness of the pool, quite hard to have a proper swim. The car park has to be paid on top of your hotel say as well, so that is something to be aware of. It was generally a nice place stay, but I think the extreme cost for even just one night puts me off in future unfortunately, even with the added extras of a pool. If you're paying the extra to get access to the pool, I'd consider looking elsewhere, however if you're after a clean, easy place to stay with everything you need, it's fine if you're happy to pay.
