I love the fact that their location is next to subway station- Anderston. So, it will be easier to travel anywhere. It's also close to the city center, central stations, Buchanan bus station, etc. You can walk to those places in less then 30 minutes depending on how fast your walk is. The breakfast has a lot of varieties but what I like the most is the staffs during the breakfast were all very friendly.
Some basic amenities such as slipper, etc are not automatically provided in the room.

Bed was comfortable.
Room was hot and air conditioning barely worked. For over 200 pounds, there were no bottles of water in the room at all. Very poor. Also one biscuit pack for 2 people again frankly a nonsense. Had to pay £10 at bar to get some water. Not impressed.

I had a comfortable stay at Marriott, just what I needed. Room was great. Room service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Spa facility could do with a bit of upgrading. But great to have the access to the gym and swimming pool/sauna.

Location, staff, food quality
Room was basic and a bit tatty. Equivalent to an older premier inn. No niceties. 2 sachets of Nescafé, 3 teabags and one pack of two ginger nuts between us. No water. Toiletries nice but with a sign warning that if we inadvertently removed a bottle we’d be charged £20. Not a v welcoming vibe! All would have been fine without the out of proportion price tag
