Lovely comfortable apartment with good facilities. Was in a great location for all areas of Glasgow city center.
Was noisy at night but due to being in city centre was to be expected.

My favorite place to stay in Glasgow.The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean and it's in the middle of everything.
Everyone has something to say about the noise and it can be a little noisy but it's on Argyle St in the middle of Glasgow! Bring good silicone earplugs (as any traveler should)Problem solved!

Fire alarm at 12am especially since there were engineers on site when we arrived and said it still wasn't fixed.
I had my daughters wedding the next day so standing outside in the freezing cold 8 hours before was not ideal. Didn't help that I could not get back to sleep!
Staff new the alarm was faulty and should have ensured it was fixed before allowing customers to stay.

Well furnished, nice decor but abit worn, massive room with soft pillows, powerful shower, all facilities we needed right in the city centre.
Really noisy, heard every step people made above us and the bins being emptied of glass multiple times during early morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the staff on reception. Rachel very kindly arranged a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my partners birthday which he was delighted with.
The suite was very spacious with everything we needed including a huge comfy bed.
Couldnt fault anything.

Proximity to centre
The room was very clean however it had a very strong smell of Indian food for the duration of our stay. I also felt that the room decor looked quiet tired and didnt warrant the amount of money that we paid as we were only staying overnight and were out most of the night I didnt feel the need to speak to the staff and we made do.
