Set in a 19th-century renovated bank, the Fraser Suites are just 1640 feet from Argyle Street, one of Glasgow’s main shopping streets. Satellite TV are provided in all apartments, which are located in Glasgow’s cultural quarter, Merchant City. A microwave oven and refrigerator feature in all apartments' kitchenettes, some include a dishwasher. Each spacious and contemporary living area has a work desk and DVD player, some feature large glass windows and a balcony. Bedrooms in the Fraser Suite apartments are light and airy and have modern furnishings. A hairdryer is provided in every private bathroom. Wonderful
Location is great for train travel, accessing restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and a couple pans and a small fridge with a mini freezer with a small door. They have washers and dryers in the building and included as part of your stay. Staff at front desk are accessible 24/7 and they have secured access by card after hours. We would stay here again.
Minor item, they don’t provide a bowl to wash dishes or a dish drainer.

Spacious and clean. Convenient location meant easy walking distance to the metro, shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Very clean, partial kitchen facilities and very helpful staff. There is a fitness centre located on the 1st floor and laundry facilities on lower level. Convenient location to tourist site and easy access to train station for excursions to sites such as Stirling Castle, Bannockburn, etc

The location of the hotel was great for me. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. Held my bags when I arrived until check in time so I could explore the city.
My room wasn't fully clean when I checked in. I found a half eaten muffin in the trash when I went to throw something away and a dirty cup with toothpaste remnants in the bathroom.

Fabulous location, right at Trongate in a busy and vibrant area of the city. The building is beautiful and has been tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could want. Friendly and polite staff and the apartment was lovely and spacious at a really great price. They were also very flexible and helpful with a special request for a birthday treat.
The layout of the lounge area could maybe have been better thought out. We felt that the TV was in an awkward place (right next to the door and kitchen work top). The blinds needed replacing, or repairs and the secondary glazing was falling apart, proving difficult to open when we wanted to. I'd also say a little more attention to detail when cleaning might be appropriate. These things did not spoil it but, I felt it should be noted so hopefully we won't find the same issues on our return.

Everything! It was affordable, the rooms were large, quiet and clean. The staff was amazing and it was 15 minutes from everywhere I need to be. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Glasgow.

Staff was super friendly, and could sense they were happy and comfortable with their work environment, nothing but smiles and jokes between them, made me feel super comfortable around them and the place too, knowing I could come to them with any worries I had. (I had none from start to finish).
It wasn't a problem with the venue directly, but rather the fact that even with windows closed the loudness of drunks in the streets or from the pubs further down was still very audible. It seemed like my window maybe wasn't possible to close all the way.
