Wonderful
Fabulous location, right at Trongate in a busy and vibrant area of the city. The building is beautiful and has been tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could want. Friendly and polite staff and the apartment was lovely and spacious at a really great price. They were also very flexible and helpful with a special request for a birthday treat.
The layout of the lounge area could maybe have been better thought out. We felt that the TV was in an awkward place (right next to the door and kitchen work top). The blinds needed replacing, or repairs and the secondary glazing was falling apart, proving difficult to open when we wanted to. I'd also say a little more attention to detail when cleaning might be appropriate. These things did not spoil it but, I felt it should be noted so hopefully we won't find the same issues on our return.

Everything! It was affordable, the rooms were large, quiet and clean. The staff was amazing and it was 15 minutes from everywhere I need to be. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Glasgow.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

The cleaning was unexpected, no daily cleaning , no supply like tissues , the service was so slow

The rooms were so spacious for the price and the location was perfect!
We were not able to add on an extra night, but I understand that could be a computer or minimum stay issue.

Wonderful
Staff was super friendly, and could sense they were happy and comfortable with their work environment, nothing but smiles and jokes between them, made me feel super comfortable around them and the place too, knowing I could come to them with any worries I had. (I had none from start to finish).
It wasn't a problem with the venue directly, but rather the fact that even with windows closed the loudness of drunks in the streets or from the pubs further down was still very audible. It seemed like my window maybe wasn't possible to close all the way.

Good location
Noise. Celtic hooligan parade. Glass bottles thrown into a dumpster. Cleaning ladies banging the vacuum into the wall against my bed, in the next room.

Pleasant
Convenient location and 11am check out.
I appreciate this goes against most other reviews but this was my experience. I just didn't think the room with a kitchen represented good value. The room overall looked like it would benefit from a decent clean. The cooker hood fell off when we opened it, there was also a fair splattering of mold in the bathroom.
In the interest of balance it's worth noting that the Gentleman who checked us in was professional and courteous. The breakfast was also of a good standard.

The hotel is lovely, the staff was super helpful and our room was huge and super super super comfortable. The bed was great and the bath was lovely.
I don’t know if it’s the most tourist area of Glasgow, but I found the area nice. Honestly, nothing bad to say.

My husband and I both loved our stay here. The hotel is clean and beautifully furnished. Our room was large and comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home. The breakfast options were good. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, Tesco, and the train station. Being able to do our laundry was a plus. We hope to return in future stays.
Parking - we ended up with a ticket. There were issues with the dryers, but they were being fixed by maintenance almost immediately. This street is lively on the weekend
