Spacious apartment fully equipped. Central location close to major sites and excellent restaurant selection
The price. Scotland seems so expensive, more so that the rest of the UK

Clean and accessible. My apartment was very comfortable and had all the trimmings needed.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, right in Merchant City. We only went in for one night and it was our first time at Fraser Suites in Glasgow (I have stayed in overseas locations) for an event but would definitely go back again

Room was large and very comfortable.
The room got very hot and there is only a portable fan unit for cooling. Fortunately we were able to open a window.

Great location. The breakfast included was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchenette is especially appreciated for options. Lots of space! Super friendly staff every time we entered the building - very helpful when needed!

There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable after a long day of traveling. The entire apartment was comfortable
The people above us sounded like elephants running around all night long on our second night. None of us were able to get any sleep. The decor is a little outdated but not too bad.

The location made it easy to access popular parts of the city and transit if needed. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and very fresh which made for a great start to our day. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom good.
While most of the room was clean, there was one part of the sitting area that was overlooked.
On one night of our stay, the noise and commotion from a restaurant/bar which was open very late (past 3 am) on the Friday night of our stay made it near impossible to sleep.
The lighting in the bathroom over the sink and mirror was inadequate for seeing anything.

Good location, large room.
No air conditioning, too hot in the room
Too noisy, very bad soundproofing
Room for disabled guests, however the bathroom sink was too small, too low, practically unusable
Garbage not taken for 2 days, despite leaving the tag on the door

The location. the one bedroom apartment space.
The noisy ceiling every time someone in the above room walks. The small TV in the living area and the big TV in the bedroom. The shower step is high. The first floor units can hear every noise from the street. The curtains are not matching.

extremely comfortable and the city centre location was excellent the facilities were very good
my suite , 1st. floor, was situated at the rear of the building and there was a little noise from fans outside, probably
something to do with the heating or ventilation of the building, not enough to complain about.
