The location was very good. Walkable to nearby George Street and Hop on Hop Off stops. Many local restaurants nearby (including Maggy’s) and shopping too - on Trongate and in Enoch Sq Mall.
The suite was spacious with room for a bite, watching two different programs or one person getting up while another slept.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
If the suite had a microwave, it would be perfect. Maybe it’s time to touch-up the coffee table paint in the living room (lots of little chips in the paint). The tub/shower is a little dicey from a safety standpoint - very high to step into and very slippery.

Our newly renovated 2 bedroom suite was the perfect home base for the 3 of us to spread out during our weeklong stay. Free laundry facilities were added bonus. Convenient parking next door.

The Fraser Suites offered everything I needed for this trip. Had hairdrier in room. Kitchen provided most things. Breakfast was sufficient. Not a hot breakfast, but I was fine with what was on offer. My living areas and washroom was clean, which is important to me. When I needed help with the microwave (only because I get confused with these usually!), help came to the room and all was explained. The staff on reception were all friendly and helpful. Mattress on bed bit firm for me, but I have a light frame. Pillows great.
In kitchen, I would suggest providing better glasses for drinking water, etc. The mugs were too small, so could offer bit larger for tea/coffee. I did have noise outside my room as I looked on to the bins area and there was a noise of some description (heating/cooling machines?). Not a deal breaker, but I had to shut my windows when wanting quiet.

Excellent location first of all, and the hotel was so clean, well appointed with great linens, towels, excellent mattress, appliances.
Our toilet flushing was weak, but that’s the only thing.

What a MASSIVE and comfortable ROOM! The Fraser Suites Glasgow was a short walk to/from Glasgow Queen Street Station, was located conveniently close, within a 5 minute walk, to more than one grocery options, which was great, allowing me to heat up dinner in my room.
The heated towel rail didn't have a knob on it, and no directions on how to power it on were posted. The refrigerator was not turned on, so it took some time for it to cool down upon arrival. But that is about it. I REALLY enjoyed my two-night stay.

Run down, not taken care of. Everything looked and felt dirty. Cheap linens. Hallways and rooms reeked of lingering smells from previous tenants or restaurants nearby. Definitely not a four star hotel.

It's hard to enjoy anything at the hotel when you can't sleep due to extremely loud music coming from bar/night club below.
Beware of a bar/nightclub directly below the hotel. There is blaring music until at least 2:30am every night. It is impossible to sleep even with ear plugs. Windows rattling, walls shaking, you can feel the bass reverberating in your body all night long. How could they possibly put anyone in a room above this night club?

Room was large and very comfortable.
The room got very hot and there is only a portable fan unit for cooling. Fortunately we were able to open a window.
