Set in a 19th-century renovated bank, the Fraser Suites are just 1640 feet from Argyle Street, one of Glasgow’s main shopping streets. Satellite TV are provided in all apartments, which are located in Glasgow’s cultural quarter, Merchant City. A microwave oven and refrigerator feature in all apartments' kitchenettes, some include a dishwasher. Each spacious and contemporary living area has a work desk and DVD player, some feature large glass windows and a balcony. The location made it easy to access popular parts of the city and transit if needed. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and very fresh which made for a great start to our day. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom good.
While most of the room was clean, there was one part of the sitting area that was overlooked. On one night of our stay, the noise and commotion from a restaurant/bar which was open very late (past 3 am) on the Friday night of our stay made it near impossible to sleep. The lighting in the bathroom over the sink and mirror was inadequate for seeing anything.

The location. the one bedroom apartment space.
The noisy ceiling every time someone in the above room walks. The small TV in the living area and the big TV in the bedroom. The shower step is high. The first floor units can hear every noise from the street. The curtains are not matching.

extremely comfortable and the city centre location was excellent the facilities were very good
my suite , 1st. floor, was situated at the rear of the building and there was a little noise from fans outside, probably something to do with the heating or ventilation of the building, not enough to complain about.

We arrived a bit early but our room was ready, and what a room. They had upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite, a lovely surprise. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and included a desk area, dining table and kitchen. Breakfast was included with the room and it was ok, nothing special though. Only yougurt, boiled eggs (so, cold)) and a few slices of cheese and ham for protein, lots of sugary breakfast pastries and cereal. The coffee was very good. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. It was cold in April so we felt comfortable in the room, but we did notice that there was no AC, so would think twice about staying there in the summer. One great thing was the free laundry room with multiple washers and dryers. Very handy. We always travel with laundry soap in the form of sheets that are very easy to carry in your suitcase and better for the environment to boot.
Breakfast could have had more hot items on offer. No AC?

Everything is just like in the pictures. Quite clean and comfortable room with extra living room apart from the bedroom.
A bit noisy street, but that depends on day and time. Also the building is a bit old with wooden floor on most corridors so you can hear people passing by. Not too noisy though.

Having that much space was wonderful, as was having a kitchenette and fridge with small freezer section to chill drinks. Staff were very kind and helpful, letting me leave my big bag for a while ago I could go explore since my train got in too early to check in, and told me when my room would likely be ready so I could check in a little early.
It was a bit loud - older building, so could hear footsteps above me and snoring next door. I really appreciated the nice fans in the rooms that provided some needed white noise. Bed was too firm for me, but I like them pretty soft, so that's a common issue for me.

Wonderful
Location is great for train travel, accessing restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and a couple pans and a small fridge with a mini freezer with a small door. They have washers and dryers in the building and included as part of your stay. Staff at front desk are accessible 24/7 and they have secured access by card after hours. We would stay here again.
Minor item, they don’t provide a bowl to wash dishes or a dish drainer.
