The location was excellent for the centre of Glasgow and particularly the bus station, which is what we needed.
Breakfast was very hectic as we obviously chose a busy time.

Location was perfect for access to the bus station and city centre on foot. Rooms were clean and staff helpful.
It was a bit nosey. Construction site was right outside and we had a prime view of twisted metal and men with hard hats. The breakfast was just ok. Food was dry and hard and we would have liked water and juices at breakfast but these were not topped up. Other chains so the same buffet breakfast and anage to keep on top of it.

View from room was overlooking a back yard with many rubbish bins and some rats visible in the yard.

The location is perfect, you can walk to every important spots in the city, and only one block from the Buchanan station if you travel from/to Belfast.
The free breakfast was good.
Rooms were extremely small. We suppose booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and when you open the sofa bed you just can’t walk to the bathroom, there should be more space. Of course for 1 night worked.

The location was great, the rooms were comfortable. Offer a good breakfast.
On arrival, we were really happy, the receptionist was so helpful so polite and so professional, we asked for an extended checkout, which is she arranged. However, the following morning just after the time we were meant to check out housekeeping staff were extremely rude and very sarcastic. It’s such a shame because we would have come back here being regular visitors to Glasgow but because of the attitudes of the staff we will not return. Pity because Irene was absolutely fantastic. It’s a shame all the staff we’re not like her.

Brilliant location for my daughter’s graduation at Glasgow Caledonian University. Comfortable beds and good buffet selection at breakfast. Hotel is spotless. Reception staff lovely
