We liked the location being near everything, especially the transportation. We liked having free breakfast, although the eggs were terrible and the coffee was instant.
The one elevator was broken during our whole stay, and the other elevator was broken most of the time and so we had to use the stairs up and down to the fourth floor.

The location was fantastic and the stuff was great
Only one elevator was working and it was very slow. Most of the time we had to take the stairs. We were there for a week and as far as we know no efforts were made to fix it. Also the WIFI wasn’t very good. Breakfast was included but after the third day we were fed up. Every day the same exact thing. No variety at all.

The location is perfect, you can walk to every important spots in the city, and only one block from the Buchanan station if you travel from/to Belfast.
The free breakfast was good.
Rooms were extremely small. We suppose booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and when you open the sofa bed you just can’t walk to the bathroom, there should be more space. Of course for 1 night worked.

The people who work here are great! Very helpful and friendly. They were the best part of staying here.
The beds (twin room) were very hard and uncomfortable. Not slightly uncomfortable…but hurts whatever you’re laying on for more than 5 minutes uncomfortable.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. There was construction going on around the hotel and it wasn't easy to get to at first. When we got to our rooms, we opened the curtain and the view was of an alley filled with trash behind the hotel. We had to open the window for air because it was so hot inside so all night we heard people screaming and crazy noises coming from outside. The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast we have ever had. None of us could eat it, so we packed up and left. We were so glad we were only in Glasgow for one night. One of the women at the front desk was kind and friendly, the other one was rude and seemed bothered when we asked her questions. We found a wonderful farm to table restaurant called The Butterfly and the Pig, so I highly recommend you try it out.

The staff were nice and very helpful.
The breakfast staff were hardworking and kept it full at all times. There was a great selection. Eggs were perfect
