Good location in the city center. Breakfast was good. The room was a good size and serviced every day. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Although the room was large enough for two, there wasn't enough clothing storage for even one person. There was ample room to add more room for hanging clothes and some extra bedside table space. The breakfast was good, but a little more variety day to day would improve it.

Location, staff. Breakfasts.
Room too small for two people with more than overnight bags. (We were there three nights.)
Of the two lifts, one was out of action for the whole of our three weekday stay.
The reception area was unwelcoming, saved by good staff.

Central location. Comfortable bed. Settee was a nice addition in the room. TV and kettle also. Great stay.
There was a rumbling sound which continued at frequent intervals until about 11.30pm. Maybe from the subway but not sure? Building work going on next door which we were informed about. Builders seemed to start about 7.30am the following morning. Lots of shouting going on but we were up anyway!
