It was neat and tidy and had everything we needed.
We booked a twin but was allocated a double. We went back to reception and they moved us to a twin which was good. Though would have been better to be given it in the first place.

Location is convenient.
Upon arrival, despite having booked "twin room, two single beds" I was told blind that I hadnt and it was impossible. This was all by way of telling me there was a double bed and hence myself and my work colleague would need to buy an extra room.
I was told Booking.com was to blame.
I was told I didnt have it right. When I showed them my booking they panicked and started calling the next door hotel but were told there was no more room. So they went back to blaming Booking.com.
Honestly, after 5 hour drive and a midnighr arrival I could not be bothered and just paid for a second room. Whatever you do, dont bother booking here, its a stinking hotel. Check my reviews, only bad one I can ever remember giving.

The room they originally put us in was far too small. You had to climb over the bottom of the bed to get into the toilet. They did moved us however because there was no way we could stay there. The room would of been too small for two, little own four. The staff were lovely and very helpful and gave us another room. Now, we booked a room for 2 adults, a 11 year old and a 15 year old and they really shouldn't take bookings for 4. The double bed is fine but the sofa bed is not a double. My kids didn't sleep great at all, it was like two people in a single bed. The all night police sirens outside didn't help but that's not the hotels fault. Cleanliness isn't great either, I wouldn't stay again.

Price hike due to commonwealth games Almost doubled. No draws and only a very tiny wardrobe.
