The location was excellent.
The hotel was advertised as providing parking, which it did but the description failed to mention the price of GBP 12 per day. By precedent, every other Holiday Inn I have stayed at advertised parking and it was free. If there is to be a fee, it should be stated in the advertisement.

Checking in was easy and a very friendly welcome, rooms spotless and comfortable , perfect place in centre of town . A wee gem
There is nothing I didn’t like , the hotel and staff were wonderful . The rooms and breakfast were more than we expected so no complaints here

Great location for exploring Glasgow and reasonable price. Our room was a fair size and clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was poor compared with stays in other Holiday inn express. Very crowded and cheap ingredients. Burger buns instead of rolls were horrible. Muffins tasted synthetic and other items not very appealing. Our room was fine but double glazing could have been more sound proof. Only one lift working.
