Great location in easy walking distance of shops, transport links and restaurants. Staff were all lovely
Breakfast was a bit stale and not great, there is a bit of noise from car alarms and nearby trains. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but perhaps worth mentioning in description

As noted above everything was perfect. It was easy to get to from the airport and we could drop our bags off earlier. The bus station was just across the road so we could get everywhere, as were shops, restaurants and places of interest like the Kelvingrove museum using buses to get to.

The free buffet breakfast was great. The hotel is in a really convenient location and staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room was quite hot and stuffy and there wasn’t any air conditioning to help, nor did the windows open. Plumbing was a bit old as well and the toilet didn’t always flush properly.

Friendly staff, location good
Having to ask for extra milk sachets and towels. There were 4 guests in our room and we were only given enough for 2. The bed was uncomfortable, another pillow/to have as an option would have been good. The room was very small to fit two doubles, once the sofa bed was folded out there was no room to walk round it, especially as one guest was very tall so his feet hung off the edge. Breakfast was stale in our opinion, cooked breakfast was very hard and crispy (bacon, hash browns, croissants)

Excellent location for visiting the theatre great bars and restaurants all close by. Large car park opposite the hotel. We didn’t expect too much but were very pleasantly surprised we would definitely stay again

Laura at reception was fabulous. So friendly and she seemed genuine as opposed to saying what she is told to.
The hotel location was great. Really handy for the theatre and right next to the carpark which was discontinued for guests.
There's loads to do right on the doorstep and it's just next to the bus station if travelling by public transport.
Even though we were on the 4th floor it was still quite noisy through the night. Unsure if it was people passing by our door or outside, in my sleepy haze.
The noise from the toilet being flushed was ridiculously loud and I could hear someone else's from another room as the pipes were very loud. Not great at 3am.
Breakfast was ok. My husband was quite disappointed in the the lack of hot options. No black pudding, haggis or tattie scones which is unusual for a Scottish hotel. It was fine though and he made do.
