Good location. Good size of room.
Bed and willows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good and as expected. One of the lifts was out of use.

The people who work here are great! Very helpful and friendly. They were the best part of staying here.
The beds (twin room) were very hard and uncomfortable. Not slightly uncomfortable…but hurts whatever you’re laying on for more than 5 minutes uncomfortable.

Everything very good hotel to stay in at a reasonable price ..
Orderly queues with the guests as they were pushing in between people to grab what they wanted .the staff were excellent ..employ someone to keep some order in the dinning room .the staff on hand were extremely hard working.

Great breakfast with v hard working Staff managing a busy area
Only constructive comments is to put a note on the 2nd lift to state it's being replaced Was annoying for others ( we used thecstairs) but it would alleviate negative comments from other guests

Wanted somewhere close to Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and this was perfect. Good value, particularly with breakfast which is served from really early.
