The price of a bottle of cola at £2.95 and a bounty at £1.95. It was a bit of a letdown.

Room was basic. Bed was a double and very hard. There were sticky ring marks on both the bedside tables. The toilet paper was low quality. The shower had low pressure. The room was too hot and window had to opened resulting in a poor night’s sleep due to outside noise. The corridor banged loudly. There were poorly managed queues for breakfast with absolutely no organisation. Coffee was dreadful.

Staff were all super friendly and welcoming and nothing would be trouble to them. Location was perfect for our needs (near the Royal concert hall). Spotlessly clean and toiletries provided were fabby, beds were so comfortable and a choice of pillows (firm/soft). Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided too.
There was an odd smell in the room (kinda like stale cigarette smoke). Thankful the breakfast was included free as was not good atall. Most items were overcooked.

I found the hotel to be convenient to the city centre, the room was spacious, warm and clean.
Their was a constant noise coming from the pipe in my room. It had gotten that loud it woke me out of my sleep. I also found the food to be awful, the harsh browns were still partly frozen, the sausages tasted like cheap dirt and the coffee wasn't much better. To be a well established brand I was disappointed in my stay.

Location is fantastic. Close to both theatres, shops, bus & train station. Great that they will look after your luggage after checking out which made it easier to explore the city. Room was clean and comfy. Some city noise but that’s expected being in the centre & being on the 1st floor. The breakfast was good
