Convenient location. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed everything that you would need provided. Lovely big shower including toiletries.

Very helpful & friendly staff at reception. Perfect location for our theatre trip.
If being really critical, although the breakfast choice was fine the food was slightly overcooked & rolls dry. Staff were however attentive & kept supplies replenished & constantly cleared & cleaned tables.

Lovely hotel, beds were very comfy and staff were lovely. The hotel is minutes from the shopping area and not far from the train station. Breakfast was lovely, very hot and always topped up.
The only problems we had with the hotel was there was only one lift working so there were queues and having a disabled daughter we couldn't use the stairs. Friday night was so quiet we heard nothing after 9pm but Saturday night there was noise from other guests from 1.30am until about 4am who were shouting and swearing. This is no fault of the hotel but being a light sleeper it did keep me awake. The only other thing was towels, there was 4 of us and we only had 2 towels, we asked for two more and when we came back about 8pm we still only had two. These are only small problems and I would highly recommend this place.

The car park was less of a walk than I thought it would be, literally across the street. Breakfast was superb and for us staying on floor 1, it was on the same floor. The room was a perfect size, tv was really good.
Only 1 out of the 2 lifts was operational which meant it would get full quite quickly and had to take the stairs sometimes, which carrying our luggage and a dog made it more annoying.
The hotel is above the metro where you can hear rumblings every so often but it is VERY subtle and can be easily drowned out.
The room we were in had a window, but the view consisted of a building within 2 metres and to the right a half demolished building, but you can't expect it all for the price.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was a great location, close to the bus terminal and lots of restaurants and other attractions. Hot breakfast included was top notch and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.
