The breakfast was cooked well and tasty. We like the toast and fruit and yogurt. The tea was good, PG TIPS. The bed was comfortable, I didn’t get back ache in the morning, that was a plus for me. The shower was very good

Handy wi the bus and,rail stations Very close to many restaurants and cafes.
Staff brilliant, helpful, had 2 small kids and been travelling all day beforehand and thry undstood all that
BREAKFAST was overcooked. Dunno if it's the heating pans the stuff is in or the cooking before it gets there but you could have used tbe bacon to slice through a bit of coal and it needed a very firm forefinger on tbe knife to make any impression on the crisped tattie scone.
Orange juice was very good, not skimping with dilution.
Bedrooms and the bed were a bit smaller than we-ve been used to , wife actually bumped into me by accident !

Greeted at reception by Denis who was polite & helpful. My room was on the 5th floor which was no problem with the lift being nearby. The room size was good for only being the Standard Double room & the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was good & the ensuite facilities fine.
For the price, no complaints.

The breakfast. Ready poor and despite only going for breakfast 20 minutes after it opening it was like the food had been out for longer. Most food was over cooked and/or stale.
