Staff friendly
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The double was rock hard, and fold out bed was shocking. We had to ask for mattress toppers which the friendly staff provided. Also, the location is really bad. It’s a rough part of town, drug users outside as you are walking into hotel, very noisy at night due to bars nearby, double decker buses passing every few minutes. I have stayed in 20+ Glasgow hotels and this was one of the worst

Wonderful
L’habitació molt bé, àmplia, còmoda i molt agradable. L’esmorzar era molt complet i variat, amb bacon, ous, cafè, iogurts amb toppings, tres tipus de xocolata i moltes opcions més. L’hotel és molt cèntric i la ubicació és perfecta. En general, tot molt bé i una estada perfecta!

Breakfast availability was good. Very helpful staff were always on hand throughout the day and very courteous. Bathroom facilities were good, reception bathrooms were always spotless and clean.
We booked a family room, for 2 adults and 2 children (12 & 16) and were given a room with a double bed and extremely small sofa bed. The room was very small with little room to move about. Upon arrival, the room hadn’t been cleaned to standard, with hair and crumbs underneath the bed. The manager did apologise and the room was cleaned thoroughly the next day. We were offered a small refund for our troubles. However, the price for this hotel was extremely inflated due to the Commonwealth Games taking place - the room we got was not satisfactory. We should have at least had 2 beds for the 4 of us. Won’t be returning as a family.

Location and included breakfast but the breakfast was pretty dried up and ran out.
The lighting in the rooms was very poor. No fridge in rooms. The sofa bed was very lumpy and the rooms were small. We paid about £800 for two nights during a busy period.
