All of the staff were very, very helpful and allowed us to check into the room early and check out late for free which was amazing

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, smelt and felt fresh. Comfortable. Good breakfast - variety, and hot and cold choices. Convenient location for airport express bus, city centre and concert venue.

You need to clean the room properly and the carpets are stinking ,I was walking about with pure white socks on and they are dirty I mean dirty and the hotel is dirty and the staff did not help you ,,,,
