Rooms were very small and not same as per photos. There was no place to keep 2 big bags for family of 3.
Breakfast didnt had varuety, as we had to ear same stuff for 4 days.

Location
The carpet beside the bed was wet and had a strong smell of urine.
We noticed this late evening as we were going to bed.
We mentioned this as we checked out, but have not heard anything from the hotel.
We paid £166 for this accommodation so felt quite disappointed.

The staff service is excellent! The room is clean.
The breakfast potato pancake was too hard! The bacon was frozen! It's not suitable for children. I suggest offering fries in the morning instead.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They made us feel very welcomed. We were very impressed with how clean our room was, the bedding was crisp, and the bathroom was cleaned daily when we were out of the room. The hotel is close to the town centre, shopping centre, pub, parking just across the street, we did not move our car for 4 days. We walked, took the bus and the train everywhere as it is very cheap and comfortable.
We could not stay longer :)
