Location was central and made it easy for us to get the the OVO Hydro. The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Breakfast was spot on.
The heater in the room was clearly broken and really noisy. We ended up having to turn it off. It was also situated directly over one of the beds, so constantly blew at us.

The staff were great - friendly and efficient. The room was a twin which was exactly what I wanted and was beautifully clean with a nice big shower room.

When we arrived I asked for a travel cot. The customer service team said that they would switch our rooms. ( because our current room would not fit the cot) while we popped out for dinner, they made up the cot and the sofa bed. The room was huge and had the most wonderful view of the river Clyde! Breakfast was free on our booking and was ideal for our family- something for all of us. Great stay for the price we paid. Thank you!
