Friendly and Helpful Staff
No hot water in my shower in the morning.
Difficult for my 7 year old grandson to shower.
Shower was just about bearable due to the temperature.
As a positive l was informed by staff/reception that l would receive a 50% return on the cost of the room due to the issue. Not received yet. However, this would be very much appreciated and would convince to return again due to the positive and caring action.

The staff were helpful and courteous, the rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. Basically everything you want in a hotel stay. I've stayed here many times while visiting Glasgow and will certainly stay again.
Only a small thing. I've noticed the breakfast options are reduced compared to other years, but with that said there was still plenty of choice and everything was tasty.

Handy for central town. Well run and lovely staff.
Didn’t think the bed was that comfortable room layout was good. Would have liked some lotion available in room.I had a cold and my face was dry so lotion would have helped.
