The welcome when I arrived as well as the efficiency of the staff. I was given a better room than I expected as I was staying 2 nights.
It was a great location for what I wanted to do.
I would certainly go back again when I am in Glasgow.

Room was well appointed, clean and quite spacious, bathroom was clean and towels were nice and soft.
Breakfast every morning was awesome with quite a good variety of different hot and continental foods

The staff ,-in the reception especially,was very helpful and serviceminded.The room was cleaned every day.We stayed for ten days.The breakfast was good.
The air-condition was very noisy,so we had to turn it off.

Property is in centre which makes location very convenient. If you have a car you need to park on kings street which is a paid parking.
No services for luggage to the room. We were with infants with huge luggage’s and we need to take everything to the room.

We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready we were thankful after travelling early in the morning. No extra charge for early check in either because I was a IHG member. Friendly staff on the reception gave us recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Room was very clean fresh and comfy beds. The air conditioning was welcomed on a hot day.
Nothing in particular I feel could be improved - the breakfast area is a little small to move around in and the choices are limited but we were more than happy with the food quality.
