Every thing was amazing the location the staff the cleanliness and the wi fi
Maybe the food in the breakfast should have a variety types and the place for the breakfast should be bigger since it is always crowded and the time for the breakfast needs to be extended to 11 am

I left my laundry to get done at 9am and they said it would be done at 5. Showed at 5 and was still in the bag I dropped it off in and not cleaned . Very disappointed

Breakfast was well stocked with options available, but could have benefitted from a few fruit choices. Location was good with easy walking access to shopping and train station. Green space (park) and river trail were also conveniently close.
Room was small but adequate. Bed was a little soft. Needed an in room refrigerator. In room coffee option could have been much better (powdered coffee mix is not a good option). Could have used more hangers on hanging rod.

Everything is great including very quick responsive staffs. Our toilet flush stopped working in the middle of the night. They fixed it immediately.
Very clean room.
Breakfast items only included items with pork. They do have eggs and other vegetarian options. But It would be nice if they include options with chicken. A lot of people don’t eat pork or beef.

I thought I'd booked in another holiday In Express and they didn't let me change my booking. I can't be the only person to have made this mistake - it took me 30 minutes dragging a suitcase to get to where I'd booked. But when I got there the staff were lovely. Holiday Inn could really do with a way to change a booking where someone has made this error.

Staff were nice, free breakfast
Worst sleep I have ever had! Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were even worse! The whole point in paying for a hotel is to have somewhere to sleep, next time I shall be queuing for a probably more comfortable bed at the homeless shelter around the corner
