Location. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds, choice of pillows - soft/hard, crisp white bed linen and lovely fluffy towels. Lovely products for showering, hair washing and hand washing.
Room was very cold - couldn’t get the air conditioning to work - just kept blowing out cold air. No heated towel rail in ensuite. Staircases cold too. One of the two lifts was out of order our three day stay.

Staff, very friendly and helpful. Room, was spotless with comfy bed and great pillows. Close proximity to train station, shops and OVO Hydro
Heating in room kept blowing out cold air so switched it off. Weather was mild so didn’t bother reception.

Great location. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.
Room was cleaned once during 5 days trip but the cleaning staff did not change the sheets.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean comfortable
The breakfast was terrible, the hot food was unbeatable, the sausages were dried up the bacon was salty and dry the scrambled eggs were not real eggs I think made from a powder base the tomato we’re cooking with an inch of their lives all soggy

Very friendly and helpful staff, room comfortable enough, and a decent shower. Breakfast was also adequate, although nothing special.
Really didn’t like the location. It’s close enough to the centre of town, but the area in which the hotel is located didn’t feel very safe, especially for a single female traveller, and there weeent any nice bars or cafés nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made good suggestions of places to visit in Glasgow.
The location is so central and close to lots of great bars and restaurants
The tempersture in my room was really hot or cold I couldn't get comfortable when I was trying to sleep. Didnt luke that I had to request toiletries.
Also the lighting was not great in the room.

Staff were friendly, explained about the parking situation. Convenient location for attending a concert, short walk to the venue and parking across the street for £11 for 24 hours. Decent aircon and the windows open.
No plug socket within reach of the bed so couldn't watch Netflix on my laptop. Shower was a bit weak.
