A clean hotel with everything you need and a lot of space in the room. Kind and helpful staff! The breakfast was also with everything you need.
The area of the hotel are not that charming and the same with the area where you eat breakfast. For example some of the windows were totally covered with frosted film and that doesn’t create a nice and cozy atmosphere. But we can’t complain on the more important things!

It was comfortable after I’d cleaned it as that hadn’t been done which my bad review shows, rookie errors for a place that charges premium prices I’m not hard to keep happy all i needed was a clean room and from the photos in the reviews u can see I didn’t get that.
Lack of cleanliness first impression means a lot my first impression was terrible wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, fair enough it could have been a simple mistake but checking rooms before a customer enters is crucial that clearly hadn’t been done or it wouldn’t have been the way it was photos below show state of room as I entered.

Very friendly welcome and smooth check in from a charming Receptionist called Bozena. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. It was good to see a bar area in Reception for soft drinks, alcohol and somewhere to sit. Other Staff members I came across were friendly and helpful namely Gordon and Max. Hotel is situated not too far from the Barrowlands.

I like the location, it's very central to various attractions and places. Good restaurants around. Buses and train stations around the corner. Friendly staff, clean environments and fantastic breakfast. The hotel is quiet despite its central location, good night sleep is guaranteed
Breakfast finishes at 09:30. I would have loved it if breakfast could be offered till 10:00 on weekdays
