Staff were nice, free breakfast
Worst sleep I have ever had! Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were even worse! The whole point in paying for a hotel is to have somewhere to sleep, next time I shall be queuing for a probably more comfortable bed at the homeless shelter around the corner

Nice and simple hotel
Poor breakfast, always the same and no cheese or ham.
Cleanliness can be compromised when floors are covered with carpets that trap stains and dirt, making it harder to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment.

The rooms had very old fixtures and fitting.
Old skirting and edges that attract dust and dirt.
No bottled water in the rooms which was denied when asked for. Very cheap poor quality toilet roll.
No decent coffee! Nescafé instant.
Plastic looking/ tasting breakfast.
