Disappointing
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
The staff were very helpful the hotel was spotless.
Being woken to the sound of cow bells screaming and shouting as nobody mentioned the race for life which we are not against.
The breakfast was awful it was cold lacking in taste hash browns were like rubber and the toaster failed to toast the bread both sides so it was out in again and burnt one side.
We checked out and had breakfast elsewhere.

Kate was super helpful on reception when trains created late and altered bookings. She made check in easy and stress free
The location may well be nice in the daytime but at night it was quite intimidating walking the streets to get to the hotel
