Wonderful
The location is excellent for exploring Glasgow. The hotel facilities are excellent. The nearby parking lot is a good value if you are driving. The breakfasts were buffet style and excellent.

Yasmin and Ryan greeted us on arrival with a smile and helpful information. Ryan greeted us at breakfast, and they both checked us out and again happily gave us some useful local information for our trip. They are a credit to your company. We really felt valued. The location is great for a quick walk into the town. The breakfast was outstanding. I have only used IHG in the USA, and I must say this one in Glasgow was far superior to any I have stayed in there.

The staff were helpful.
Misinformation on the phone: That I needed to subscribe for membership in order to have free wifi. It was wrong information.
We were disturbed twice during one night due to false fire alarms, and they gave no compensation of any sort. Just a letter stating sorry.

Nice location, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Cheap compared to many other hotels. I guess you get what you pay for.
Very small room for a family of four. The aircon was so loud you couldn't sleep with it on. The beds were nothing to write home about. Lighting in the room is limited and so are outlets and shelf space.

I was very pleased to be offered a high-floor room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city’s main attractions and shopping areas, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind.
There is a large car park located diagonally opposite the hotel. It would be helpful if clearer instructions were provided on where and how guests can park before check-in. As I was unsure how to park correctly, I had to check in first and then move my car to the designated car park. I was also disappointed that there was no temporary parking available in front of the hotel, as double yellow lines prevented any drop-off.
