Very easy location for train station and close to the river and nice shops and cafés. The staff were excellent and really friendly and helpful . Very good breakfast too

Great location to city centre for shopping and restaurants, easy to get to Glasgow Central Station. Car park right by the hotel. Hotel staff were lovely, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We arrived early so wasn't expecting a room to be available, but the receptionist was helpful in explaining to us where we needed to walk to for shopping and somewhere for lunch. When we checked in later the lady receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Hotel was very clean, we had a double room with a sofa bed so 2 adults and a child, room was very snug with 2 big beds in it but was only for one night so did the job. Would definitely use again.
Some of the breakfast items like the hash browns were a a bit hard which they may have been out for a while but the rest was good. We did go down later for breakfast and it was busy so that may have been why.

Location was good, facilities great with a good breakfast choice. Liked having the bar and the option of pizzas late at night when we got in from the concert hungry. Was a long ish walk from Hamden but do-able so saved the hassle and cost of train/taxi etc
Rooms were pretty noisy on the 1st floor, could hear a lot of banging from presumably doors beneath. Room also next to a main road so traffic noise very noticeable which kept us awake. Room was well equipped however the room wasn’t the biggest or best laid out so sofa bed down also meant we had no room to get to the window or curtains unless we climbed over it so not ideal.
