Room was kept for us, even tho we checked in after a very late flight.
We were assigned the special needs room - not sure why. Must have been the last room available. Small bed and very bright exit lights made it hard to sleep.

A bit noisy. Food just ok. Kitchen ran out of many menu items the evening we tried to have dinner. And food was all prepared somewhere else.

The hotel was clean, well located and quiet. Excellent breakfast, menu items tried were very good. Rooms were clean and the towel rack & drapes were fixed immediately.
Staff was top notch, professional , welcoming and efficient from check in to needing to make a room adjustment (our fault, not yours), to helping when I lost my phone.
Shuttle was well timed and the drivers friendly.
Elevator is very small. Was hit fairly hard by the doorsclosing before I was fully on. Another patron commented, "Wow, that was aggressive . Are you OK?".

It was clean and just what we expected. No frills, an adequate bar and since we didn't take advantage of breakfast, I can't comment on that. It's just convenient to walk out the front door to the airport - no shuttle needed.

The location to the airport and mass transportation was amazing. The room was a bit small by the U.S. standards but it was very good size for Europe.
Front staff was not friendly in my opinion compared to all the other interactions we had in Scotland.

The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. Their was a disruption, which went on for 2+ hours, by other guests in the corridor which meant we got very little sleep. Calling reception (2am or so) the receptionist confirmed the situation and police were there. She was very re-assuring and lovely.
Other guests being selfish, loud, aggressive outside our room - not the hotels fault though and they did deal with it..

We arrived late in the evening and still needed dinner. We were able to eat even though it was after 9pm. This was really helpful.
Room was comfy and clean. Bed super comfy.
