Close enough to airport for an early flight the following morning. Two mins walk from the Valet Parking services also. I was allowed to park my car while I checked in and put my bag in the room as well before taking my car to the valet parking. This was a great help as a single parent with two young children.

The hotel was clean, well located and quiet. Excellent breakfast, menu items tried were very good. Rooms were clean and the towel rack & drapes were fixed immediately.
Staff was top notch, professional , welcoming and efficient from check in to needing to make a room adjustment (our fault, not yours), to helping when I lost my phone.
Shuttle was well timed and the drivers friendly.
Elevator is very small. Was hit fairly hard by the doorsclosing before I was fully on. Another patron commented, "Wow, that was aggressive . Are you OK?".

The beds were very comfortable. The lady at the Reception Desk was very nice and helpful.
NO Breakfast. We had a very early flight, we needed to leave the hotel at 3.00am. When we went for some breakfast to eat at the airport there WAS NO fried food available. I asked a staff member and they said Breakfast (full breakfast) doesn’t start until 6.30am.
So basically we had some toast and Jam to take away. There was packs of cereal and fruit to take away in a small paper bag provided by staff. However we could not find any sachets of milk. I would give a big O if I could for a measly breakfast that was provided. Therefore we could not get a full breakfast to take away in a take away carton to eat later at the airport whilst waiting to board our flight. I paid £79.00 for one night and it most certainly was a complete waste of money. Also we paid £5.90 for 2 bottles of water at their vending machine.
The Barman that served us at check in at the Holiday Express the night prior to our holiday was very rude and arrogant. Despite the fact that my friend was charged in excess of nearly £18 for 2 drinks.
We will never return to this hotel & we would definitely NOT recommend The Holiday Express Hotel. So if you want to stay at a hotel at Glasgow Airport. I would recommend you book elsewhere.

It was clean and just what we expected. No frills, an adequate bar and since we didn't take advantage of breakfast, I can't comment on that. It's just convenient to walk out the front door to the airport - no shuttle needed.
