Rooms were good ,comfortable double bed,
helpful staff, excellent price .
Would have liked to have still mineral water in room provided by hotel.
The breakfast area where you selected food was squashed in for guests at hotel
needed to be larger A rearranging needed.

The ease of checking in and the front desk staff were welcoming. My room was perfect temperature and spotlessly clean ! I had the best sleep as the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was also no noise.
Great shower, water was hot and dove products were provided, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This was a bonus.
The food at the restaurant is very good and the free breakfast is great to get you going. A lot of variety. I will definitely stay again.
They only use card here, it would be nice to accept cash if there were emergencies as on this day their debit terminal was having issues and my card would not go through for my food. I ordered chicken fingers. However, my meal was complimentary. This was much appreciated.

Location was brilliant and the rooms were lovely. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable so we slept well. Shower was also great
One staff member, a more mature lady, on the welcome desk was not very welcoming. One lift was broken and upon getting into the one remaining working lift, the door closed but the lift did not move and we were stuck for sometime.. This happened to many guests over the evening and the lady whom I informed that the lift was not working said nothing. Breakfast was very basic

Location was great, very close to airport.
Breakfast facility was good.
Room was too small, literally one person can pass between bed & wall. Sofa bed was extremely difficult to open & close.
No assurance with check in early even if request it on booking, that you travel from far around 9hrs journey with young kids.
