Very Good
The location was great. Plenty of transport links and only 5-10 minute walk from the terminal. Staff were happy and friendly on checking in. The bed was phenomenally comfortable and I slept like a baby.
The breakfast was really disappointing. The bacon was chewy and the scrambled eggs were so dry it was like chewing lego bricks. On the plus side, they did have gluten free toast for me.

The employees were nice.
The toilet did not flush when I made the stool in our room then I talked to the hotel manager. However.
, She did not send a plumber. And she said to report to Booking. Com. After that, my wife and I used the toilet on the ground floor.

The cleanliness of this hotel was spot on. Staff were great. Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom and good size. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was hot and great. Close to airport.

The hotel is great. Clean and spacious rooms with toiletries.
Beds were very comfy. I opted for a twin room as thought it would be great before my flight to have my own bed ?
Staff were so friendly. Hot breakfast from 6.30am so we filled up before our flight. Optional carry out bag of cold food if flying earlier.
Easy checkout. Stones throw away from the airport.

Close to airport - 2 min walk. Spaces in car park
Room was freezing - heater made a noise but didn’t heat the room. Borrowed a heater at reception. Met another couple in lift who had done the same.

Accessing the hotel parking was a nightmare as the Satnav directions were hopeless.

The staff very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable.
The individual heating system in each room is loud and annoying. Makes loud noises even when not turned on.
The one elevator wasn’t working and took ages to get down from the first floor.
