Wonderful
Receptionist was amazing, so professional and welcoming, the hotel itself is a hidden gem with a fantastic view
There was no downside to my stay the outside looks dated but wow to staff and interior

Friendly staff lovely comfy bed place was under renovation at time so no swimming pool.or spa so was disappointed as thats why we booked it
Couldn't sleep for a couple arguing and fighting in room across the landing smashing things same on the next night

The room was large enough for both of you to walk round. Bed was comfortable.
There was no hot water on 2 of the 3 days on the morning.

Lovely hotel, very friendly super helpful our car broke down and we was due to fly the next day so the staff ( Azya) especially helped us and kept the car safe. Booked us a reliable taxi even text us confirming instantly. Beds are the most comfortable stayed in! Super clean and stunning close to airport and Glasgow will definitely be staying again

Everything clean and tidy beds comfy loved the breakfast good variety. Husband would have liked more tea bags(tea addict).
Two family went for a drink later on .no bar staff had to go to reception staff member was not sure what to do.

Excellent location for Glasgow Airport and as a stop over on the way to the Highlands. Good value for money.
Property exhibits signs of wear, although big efforts are being made with refurbishment.

Comfortable bed,clean and warm room.
Horrible disgusting old,stained bath to the point that wasn’t even able to use it.Annoying noise from the lift door opening and closing during night.

Views
Food was inedible, asked for a refund, they agreed...we never received the refund.
Bathroom shower head was dripping, maintenance man came out to sort it but we couldn't have a shower anyway as the room as not clean, at all.
The pool was derelict which is a shame as this would have made a massive difference and there was LOTS of building work happening which was messy and noisey but they did their best for this not to affect guests.
Views were lovely. If cheap and cheerful if your thing, then this would pass but if youre looking for a nice quiet weekend away with lovely food, avoid!

The receptionist, Azra, was very pleasant and helpful. The staff in dining room and kitchen were extremely considerate and helpful in accommodating my dairy allergy at breakfast time.
The à la carte menu was not available, there was a dinner buffet menu which is not always suitable for a person with allergies.

Plenty of parking, central to where we wanted to be, easy to find, great walks along the river. Staff were very accommodating.
Still looks a bit ‘tired’ but is getting refurbed to a good standard. Breakfast could be improved, again though, early days on the refurb and not yet a full menu available. But if the menu states ‘well done bacon’ and you specifically ask for well done bacon, it’s not difficult to do - especially when there’s hardly anyone in the dining area
