The location and views were great
This hotel is promoted as a spa hotel with a dining room. Neither of which were open. There was only a buffet choice for food with small amount of options

The breakfast very simple and basic one,not many options
The hotel location is good view but very hard to get any taxi for this place
For this hotel it needs few basic things like phone in the room,fridge,safety locker and good entrance looks and surrounding of this hotel
Last minute change of plan for dinner without any advance notice and waiting for the slot in seating with limited staff(2 staff for both bar and canteen)
Get very limited option for the dinner even paid 25 pounds for the buffet dinner

The outside and reputation of this hotel lets down the interior.
Rusty cargo ship containers and rubbish are home to a large rat population. Smashed windows even at the entrance
Flys in the restaurant and bar, were the only issue I found inside

Disappointing
Room was very tired especially the bathroom. Staff in restaurant were friendly but breakfast was cold and limited.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and it had ample free parking.
We had dinner and paid £16 for what was clearly frozen microwaved lasagna. Later another guest told us he saw lots of rats running around outside the kitchen area. Someone on our floor was smoking marijuana that made the whole floor smell. Other guests were very noisy late at night.

Booked for the spa and it was closed, building was poorly maintained with poor craftsmanship if you stopped to look at anything, no air con and the windows are locked, breakfast was also poor

It was eerie. A large hotel with an Indian vibe that felt empty until we went to breakfast.
Went down for dinner and there was no lights on. Staff quickly put them on but it was only us for the restaurant so we ate near the bar.
There were small flies hanging around the food & drink (we googled them they were either fruit or drain flies). Noisy occupants at night messing about in the corridors too

The location was probably the only plus.
Very dirty, matress was a disgrace. Smashed glass in two locations at hotel entrance.
Very noisy, sound like furniture being round for hours.
Water in shower kept going hot and cold and sometimes stopping altogether.
Outside hotel was like a rubbish dump.
Windows were filthy.
We moved rooms 2 times, first and second rooms, the locks didn't work and the first room window was broken and the glass was held together with sellotape.
We felt very unsafe staying here.
We were offered a 50% discount off a future stay due to the problems we had but we would'nt stay here again for free.
Room was like it had never been cleaned, the dust was so thick.
