Our apartment was spacious, welcoming and wonderfully located. I met 2 cleaners, a chap on the welcome desk as we arrived and a woman as we handed in keys. All were friendly and pleasant. Our apartment was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfy, clean and warm.
There was nothing I didn't like!

Location, building was nice, size was good.
The smell. Not sure what it was. Little things could have made it nicer. Maybe paper towels and salt and pepper considering there was a full kitchen. The fan was appreciated but it didn’t work properly.

The location was great, near the botanical gardens, bus stop, ease of getting in an out, near grocery store, helpful people in the neighborhood, and a general sense of safety when I walked outside. The apartment was clean.
I felt deceived about the size of the apartment. The picture was very different than what I was given. When I reported this to the check in person, my complaint was dismissed. The space was a bit cramped. Apparently in Scotland, they do not provide wash cloths. The kitchen was sparse in that there were no paper towels, minimal cutlery, I would have preferred a hand held shower head, as the overhead one was difficult to use.

Very friendly staff, great value for the price. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.
We'd have like a couple more lids for the pans cause there was only one, and it took us a minute to realise the fridge was off. A notice for this would've been nice, but certainly wasn't a requirement.

It was perfectly located to explore the West End. An absolutely charming welcome from reception started the trip. The room was spacious and a point of note
...the bed had great pillows.

Great location for the West End
Easy walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Oran Mor if you are going for a gig, room was excellent, good size, shower good, beds comfortable.
Small TV, slightly small shower enclosure...no issues really.

Lovely time here,Nice welcome ,the staff are lovely. It's so handy just past the Botanical gardens. We walked down
Byers roadsnd got a taxi back .The taxi was just over a fiver.Nice kitchen and the room was very comfortable and quiet. No one bothers you,quiet and peaceful. Parking right outside.

This was the second time we've stayed there. Great location in one of the best areas of Glasgow. It's not central but that's not an issue. Close to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops and a short walk from Kelvin Park with the Kelvin River Walkway across the road. It has parking, spacious clean rooms and amazing value for money
