Location close to popular street for shopping and restaurants. It is near the botanical gardens which were pleasant to walk in. The room was pleasant as was the person who welcomed us at reception. It was terrific being able to use the kitchenette to prepare our breakfast. Car parking on site was also a bonus.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. Utensils in the drawer in the kitchen were soiled which was disappointing. There was one glass only as a water tumble to share between two people. The toaster needs replacing! It cooked the bread on one side only! Have provided feedback to reception staff.

Someone hit my car in the car park and took off without telling anyone, when I asked who owned the Red car the staff didn't seem to know. Will cost me a few hundred pounds to fix this.

We had booked an apartment for 3 which was so lovely and roomy that we decided to stay another night. Staff were excellent and the location was perfect for the west end.
We couldnt stay in the same room so we moved to a room for 2 the next night. It was still great value and we couldnt fault the room, but the first room was outstanding in terms of the space it offered.
