Great location, the breakfast was amazing, the bar was lovely
£18 for parking seems very expensive after paying £172 for the room, for 1 night! Room had no fridge which isn’t a big deal but for the money would be expecting it. Didn’t feel like good value for money, but I suppose they could say you are paying for location

It was located close to many great shops/stores/food places and the theatres.
Most staff were pleasant.
Check-in cookie was very tasty.
Parking cost £54 for 3 nights. The room had no fridge and had carpet stains/cracks in ceiling. It also had no heating or air conditioning as it was broken so had to use an oil heater that took forever to heat up. Then had to request a fan instead of air conditioning and it took me calling the hotel from my mobile phone for anyone to answer my calls, as the phone in my room was not being answered despite calling multiple times.
Reading the reviews further I discovered the heating and air con has been an issue for years without any resolve.
Staff wouldn’t take deliveries to my room unlike other hotels I’ve previously stayed in doing that with no problem. My mum and I are both disabled so I would have appreciated it. But that seemed too much of an ask.
Regular noise outside the room from either guests or workmen.
Tv was old so wouldn’t work any apps or streaming services.
Swimming pool area had such bad reviews on here that I was put off going there.
Genuinely didn’t seem like a Hilton hotel whatsoever. I’m afraid we won’t be back.

Location was good for centre of town.
Shower was powerful
No air con- room would be sweaty in warmer weather- no fan in bathroom for steam from the shower
Breakfast wasn’t very well maintained. Dishes were empty or items were missing as it was a busy time- needs more staff. Breakfast areas were separated which makes it difficult to get your things and then go all the way back to your table especially when you have children with you!
