Cleanliness, dirty boxers and sweets lying in the room after paying for early check in! Swimming pool area could be going wjth an upgrade rust and mould in areas broken bits around pool

The swimming pool and the breakfast, particularly the honeycomb and salmon.
The hotel held up some of my money in the bank without telling me, the staffs said they did something wrong and would reverse back later. It released back few days after I checked out.
Somebody called to our room directly and complained some nonsense thing.

Too many rooms ,restaurant too small especially in the evenings.additional cost of parking 18 per day (unacceptable when you pay nearly £300 per night )
Breakfasts very limited choices .plates empty ,no eggs no sausages.

Bedroom doors slamming late at night and early morning. There must be a soft closing mechanism available to help remedy this.

Good location
Mainly choose this hotel because of the pool leisure facilities, was very disappointed with how unclean and poor the facilities were. Even the changing room floor would put you off going any further. Disgusting
