The beds very comfy and the room itself very clean and good size
The health suite is awful. For a Hilton hotel a disgrace. Changing room dirty, no working showers and way to small for volume of people. The gym (couldn't even call it that) again diagrace for a Hilton.
Everything too small and dirty.
Same with bathroom in room - too small - although was clean.

The location was great, staff were very friendly. We got a cookie upon check in which was a nice touch. The room was a nice size. Beds were very comfortable.

The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff, especially Evan at the front desk was exceptional. Location was great. Walking distance to the town centre. The cookies are always an added bonus!
The pool was far too small. Nothing else that we didn’t like. Didn’t try the breakfast but hopefully next time we will.

After we was put in the right room. It was a good size
The beds are noisy squeaking even getting in and every time you turn.
Both my children woke up around 3am as they were freezing! I couldn't get the heating to turn on!
The cot we requested is the first time we had one provided without the cot bed mattress its like you having beds but no mattress it is rock hard.
We was put in the wrong room type at first it was one on the 7th floor it was only when I made a cup of tea went to sit down realised they no table or chairs and it was a bit crammed plus the bathroom smelt like copidex ( old glue which was made with crushed fish bones)it was awful. The wrong room was rectified but should have been correct in the first place as I had to move a child a baby and luggage again we have more luggage then for one night as this stay was for a break of travel before our final destination.

Bath didnt drain properly, had to ask for robes, payment taken twice in error and the staff who we spoke to on Monday about this, seemed to think it wasnt a big deal. That kind of attitude is a huge deal

Location. The leisure facilities although very dated were good. Good range of gym equipment.

Loved my stay first i was very surprised and amazed ay at how big the room was. When i sat on the bed all i could hear was springs and i worried for a moment . The bed was still comfortable and i managed to sleep ok. I think this was down to the mattress toppers . The pillows were very strange though they are soft and feel nice but you cant really squish them up and felt like my head wasnt sleeping on them properly .
Loved that you used decent glasses for fresh drinks in the morning . Breakfast was really good also but found the haggis a bit weird and i usually love haggis . The fresh fruit wasnt the best either the pineapple was old and you could see it was old round the edges .
Lighting it was great but you had to reach the bed before you got to turn everything on . So its very dark when you first go in most hotels have key card systems that turn the lights on when you put the card in it. Thats just a small thing though .
Tbh i was impressed by the hotel the pool area looks very old and worn out thats my only thing it was lovely to swim and the jaccuzi was nice but i did feel like it was very tired and worn.
