We had lounge access and it was particularly good. It made our night. Level is service from staff 2nd to none , attentive to a fault. Breakfast was great lots of choice . We will be back
Glasses in the room would have been nice for personal use . We wanted to have a glass of juice and had no glasses.

Good for attending the party nights& very practical
To be honest i thought it was really expensive for what we got , £200 a room per night & £72pp for the party night i personally thought the meal was below average.
Staff were really nice, room was clean just thought for the overall cost of my stay you could’ve had something a-lot more for your money.

It was well maintained and the staff were all lovely. It had parking which we didn’t use this time but the time before. I could walk to it from the station, it is a few blocks away but thankfully it was a dry weekend.
I can’t fault it.

Spa out of order, no wifi, staff just doing their job! disappointed though this was gunna be a nice treat.
