Location was fine. Very central so convenient. Staff friendly and welcoming.
No note left in rooms re breakfast times . Arrived 1am Saturday so uncertain what time it finished Had continental but slightly disappointing. No croissants, cold cuts inviting but no rolls or crusty bread.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Told we had been upgraded, same room we had the last time we stayed!
We were on level 6, very noisy - doors banging all night up until 6am! The air conditioning unit for the building goes all night, knocking and banging. Our door was tried a couple of times throughout the night. The toilet water ran constantly, like it was flushing - told the receptionist when we booked out and she was a little rude in her demeanour. We stay here every time we are in Glasgow, but unfortunately, we won't be staying again. £459 for 2 nights to put up with that has put us off booking again.

Not notified about building site across the road, fire alarm testing for around 20 minutes, wanted to use the pool, on 2 occasions it was too busy, which was included in the price but not available !

Holly the receptionist was lovely when I first arrived and made sure my whole stay as perfect as possible. I especially loved the welcome cookies.
House keeping kept banging doors in the morning and opened our room door without knocking
