Airy, clean , very quiet rooms. We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room.
The street outside is graffiti covered and would put off visitors if the photo of the street was on the website.

Amazing big room (double queen) which exceeded expectations as unexpectedly had a double sofa bed and seating area so felt huge for a family of 4 and was super quiet!

Gym was very good, and the pool facilities. However no ability to lock lockers. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was good, but expensive and not a lot of variety. All staff were pleasant
Bed and pillows. Pillow was far to big, soft and was too high for neck, but did not support the head in any way, asked for a firmer pillow, but it was not much better after a nearly week of sleeping on them, myself and husband have neck pain, leading to headaches, and the bed was too hard. Our room was not serviced fully on one day, cups were left not cleaned and mile was not replenished
