Beds where really uncomfortable, very poor sleep, bar staff where rude,
Old men sat in hot tub the entire time we where there so couldn't go in.

Great location hotel was lovely.
Customer service terrible.. I loved the hotel and everything about it but arriving man on reception was brilliant couldn’t be more helpful but the next day after I nearly got an electric shock in my room and my sons £1000 Canada goose jacket was stole from bar reception staff couldn’t care less.. I know it was my sons own fault but I just thought If the reception staff showed a bit more consideration it would off helped the situation but they couldn’t care less, also in the bedroom it was spotless and beautiful but I found an empty packet off tablets I think in this kind off hotel the rooms should be checked a bit more I had booked 3 twin room and it was a bit off a treat weekend so getting the jacket stole was a bit off a dampener even a free coffee would off been nice .
