Walking distance of Glasgow Central plus pool
The bar was not appealing. They didn’t seem to have enough staff or breakfast to go around. The pool changing facilities were startlingly poor: one shower working.

Big bed
No tea bags in room, no biscuits, children in the hot tub, them children running about in the bar after 9 o'clock at night. Then maid entered room well before check out time. Tv kept turning off for 5 or 10 minutes at a time. Won't be back

The room was big the hotel lobby is nice.
The room was cold, and the hot water needed more than 10 minutes to become hot. The carpet had stains. The breakfast was kinda disappointing considering it wasn’t cheap!

What I particularly enjoyed about my stay was the peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The environment was incredibly welcoming, spacious and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was maintained to a very high standard, and I especially appreciated how spacious and well-organised everything felt. Despite being a hotel, it never felt overcrowded or overwhelming, allowing for a comfortable and tranquil stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I genuinely appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and high standards of hospitality.

It’s central location and the comfortable facilities. The staff and the efficiency. I was a bit disappointed about the initial cleanliness of the room as the table top was sticky and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. However, the daily cleaning from the next day was very good.
The ball room at the condense on the first day was freezing and the conference food was tasteless and could have been better (but this may be the organisers choice). I found the tea service very confusing and disjointed during the breaks. It’s was spread out and very annoying when we only had 30 mins to go to the bathroom, run around chasing tea from one place the. Milk from another end of the room whilst also completing break activities that we were set to do.

Someone stole my wallet out of the locker in the leisure club. Dirty, poorly ran, dated, needing upgraded. Shower leaked in the room, bed was like sleeping on concrete.
