Friendly staff and very good service.
Clean rooms and bathrooms.
Great location ... a walking distance from Kelvingrove Park and the University of Glasgow ... and bus stations very close by.
Great value.
The toilet flush needs a bit of improvement.
The windows need to be more sound isolating for the rooms on the main street side.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and polite.
The room was huge. Plenty of space for a family or friends sharing.
We had 2 single beds and a double between 3 adults.
Beds comfortable.
Bedding clean.
Parking on the street in front is free at weekends, apparently hard to get but we got one no problem at 4.30pm on a Saturday.

Large mirror, dressing table mirror and bathroom mirror.
The breakfast was great. Usually fry up etc.
The dining area was clean and spacious
Noise from the room upstairs. We were in room 116. Could here everyone coming in at 1.30am, singing and chatting, we still managed to fall asleep.
The room it's self was very clean, but the remote had butter smeared over the buttons, someone must have missed this bit.
Couldn't get netflix to work.

Location was good for the kelvingrove museum.
Hotel bar was almost part of the reception desk with one two-seater sofa only. Room was serviced on the first day but not on the second day. The coffee mugs weren't cleaned or replaced. The floor in the area that we were in, our room, hallway and room next door creaked loudly. Didn't meet the usual Best Western standards.

Hotel was cold, until 3am when the heating kicked on and it was then tropical.... no in between. Room had an odd smell.... needs do hard they have aggravated my medical condition
