Spacious room. Wasn't able to adjust the heating but they'd provided a fan so that was fine. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very courteous. They allowed us to use the cloak room to keep our luggage. There's a bus stop right outside.
Room thermostat wasn't adjustable. Bare bones in terms of amenities in the bathroom.

Cleaner relentlessly knocking on door at 9am on our check out day when we were trying to have a sleep in. We were checking out at 11… surely they can clean after this time?

Nice decor in the room, comfortable bed, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Stain on duvet cover, floor in bathroom was broken and was a hazard. Toilet seat could have also done with replacing. Also found a long black hair on bathroom mat.

Location
I’ve machine not working. The £100 being held in your card for 5-10 days after stay. Should be made aware at home of booking. Not the day before when no option to look elsewhere.
Stayed in room 37, above the breakfast room and music with a beat started playing from 7am, no chance of a lie in with that going on.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was a pleasant surprise, as was better the the communal areas
Ok, let's make no mistake, I took this hotel because it was cheap against other hotels, when you check-in and are told you need to pay £100 as a room security deposit from the credit card, I felt this defeated the price benefits
The reception area needs gutting and redesigning

It was all ok, checkin, room, staff
Didn't have breakfast, as cost is a bit excessive for what it is, especially when its set in an area full of eateries
We arrived at 3pm, as was the check-in time we were told.
We really needed the carpark, and there were spaces, but we were told that they were all taken up by people already checked in that day
