The reception team were amazing! Very helpful. I had a problem with deposit payment and the team could not have been more helpful! I was there with my son and his friend and as they were sorting things for us the offered the boys pencils and paper to keep them entertained. They really went above and beyond.

The room was pretty good looking
It was not clean. The bed sheet had some kind of dirt and stains. The rooms are not sound proof. There was a dog in the neighbors room which was barking all night. You could hear people walking in the corridor. I didn't sleep properly the whole night.

It was near the ovo bout 15 min walk so was ideal for what we wanted

Disappointing
Great location for OVO Hydro and local restaurants etc. Very clean and modern both in communal areas and rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Beds were slightly uncomfortable but manageable. Main challenges were with accessibility, attended with 3 family members, including one wheelchair bound, staff where very helpful however property design was not fit for purpose to be described as “wheelchair accessible”. Access to car park is reliant on use of intercom service on other side of barrier you have exit your car and to squeeze through before walking down steep ramp to to press - this also the disabled access route!?? Disabled parking provided to rear of property, luckily car park was not well used (likely due to £12 charge) else disabled space would not have been adequate as no additional space either side. Ramp to building was dangerously steep, luckily there were 3 of us to support use as wouldn’t have been possible for primary care giver alone, particularly when extremely slippy with snow on exit. Additionally, no fault of the staff however one or possibly two dogs in our corridor barked non stop from around 3pm on day of arrival until we checked out the following morning, we were unlucky enough to be right next door so didn’t sleep at all but as it turns out the remainder of out party all the way down the hall could hear it and suffered the same. Zero sound proofing, at one point thought someone was entering our room in the middle of the night the sound of an adjacent door opening was so loud. Wouldn’t stay here again due to accessibility issue but has in fact put us off any kind of dog friendly hotel.
