Close to the city
Room was roasting, wasn’t sure how to turn the heating down so slept with window open. Access into the hotel was difficult as I had a baby with me it was tricky to get into the hotel with buggy… no ramp available, carried our bags plus buggy with baby in it and no staff helped! the room was also very small and barely left room with buggy in. Luckily I had my car so just ended up leaving buggy in car. Was very shocked of a payment being made after I’d already paid… I’m used to my card being on hold not actually having to pay £100 fee due to damage. Hopefully will see the £100 again as left room how we got it with no damages.

The location is great if you’re in Glasgow for a concert, very close to the arena. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
There was a 100 GBP deposit on the room that you pay upon arrival. I wasn’t aware of that beforehand and the reasoning behind it as well as how Im going to get the money back was bot made very clear by the staff. Also, there were no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, only a body wash that you are also supposed to wash your hair with.

Clean, inexopensive, well located for Kelvingrove and City centre.
Good breakfast, although £20 is not excellent value.
After 3 hours the electricity swutched off but restored byplacing key card in holder - but there was nothing to say that this would happen.

Location. General standard.
I am very disappointed with my stay. There were mice in the room, which is completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, I was moved to another room of a noticeably lower standard than what I originally booked. This is not the level of service I expected, and I would not recommend this place.

Extremely well located for the West End and the Hydro / Armadillo. It was a comfortable room and at £57 a bargain for where it was. It was a 20 minute walk to Ashton Lane and about half that to the Exhibtion Centre and Station.
For what we paid at short notice it would be churlish to be picky.
