Great hotel for our short 1 night stay. We were attending a concert at the OVO which is within walking distance roughly 10-15 mins lots of lovely restaurants and bars a few steps away. Great value for money. This is the second time I have stayed here and would return :)

mice in the room.
bed throw dirty.
when I raised the issue about mice I was offered a box to catch it , I ask to move room, all it was supposed to be an executive room the bed was actually smaller .
we were then offered a free breakfast however we pointed out we had already paid for breakfast .
no other discount was offered

Lovely hotel. Great location, especially if attending concert at OVO Hydro, Armadillo or SWG3. Great bars and restaurants within 5min walk. Clean room. Friendly staff

The room was clean and spacious, staff were very accommodating and attentive, esp the tall curly-haired guy (sorry i didnt catch his name) there are bus stops by the doorstep which means easy access both to the city centre and the UofG.

The room is very clean.
The radiator had rattle noise all through the night. I informed the reception in the morning and about the noise the receptionist told me put the heating off!! It’s December and cold so her advice was not ideal and it didn’t solve the problem I felt disappointed
