Good sized room with comfortable bed.
Helpful staff.
Location was convenient for my stay. Good location in general, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Thin walls allow sounds from corridors and footsteps on floors above.
The room was quite dark.
£100 deposit you need to pay.
There was no fridge in the room.
Lack of a smoking area.

Clean room, central location at a good price
Didn’t realise they would ask for a £100 hold, been checked out for 5 days and they still have this extra money that was taken in addition to the cost of the room as some kind of deposit

Friendly, efficient and very helpful staff; excellent breakfast with a good variety of items and efficient service ; spacious and comfortable room; location perfect for our requirements - lively area with variety of good restaurants and easy access by public transport to Glasgow city centre.

The staff were excellent , the girl on reception couldn’t have been nicer , very polite , excellent customer service and was exactly the same on check out

Check in was great. Lady was lovely and very helpful and chatty with us about our stay.
Stayed 3 nights. Beds were half heartedly made each day and bins emptied. Nothing cleaned or hoovered in time we were there and bed toppers were just thrown on floor in window for 3 days… floor noticeably reading hoovering in that time.

Staff were great and location was ideal
We had no tv at all for a couple of days our remote didmt work nor did the Wi-Fi so had to go out more than we planned to
