Exceptional
Location was ideal for our needs. Rooms were fresh and clean. Hotel was quiet inside and out. Staff were exceptionally friendly on check in, engaging with our children and adding humour to a normally stuffy process.
The hotel was above our expectations. I did not dislike any aspect of or stay.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were great. Location amazing for the Hydro (10/15 minute walk at most) and nice food places all around.
Check in was a bit crazy as we were given the wrong room - staff were great and sorted it out quickly. Not great for the person who's room we managed to open the door to though...

Clean place and staff were exceptional.
Just a minor concern. Not been communicated with the parking spaces that was an ongoing construction. Parked up at a pay meter main road. There was no problem with the parking spaces.

It was clean
When I got there, after paying for the accommodation, they told me that I still need a deposit, I didn't have money on the card, so I had to wait until 7 o'clock for someone else to make a transfer for me, so I could give them a deposit after the first night, I slept in the cold, I was notified, then they told me that they had already turned on the heat, the second night I went downstairs and I was notified again then he turned on the heat and lasted 1 hour after his anchis and the heat we stayed in the cold because we had nowhere else
