Good location, quite a friendly receptionist.
Last minute payment of 200 to hold down two rooms even though our actual booking was 150. So we were out of 350 until the 'deposit was sent back. Could be pretty difficult for anyone who doesnt have that much. Floor boards will insanely squeaky and old. Room had old damaged carpet and a kettle with no cradle so you had to pour it while pulling on the cord about 30cm away from the socket. Not really worth it even though kelvingrove is so lovely.

Room was lovely and clean. Good location, close to the west end and also city centre. Staff are great. Erin and Lorry were amazing. Elaine, Lorraine and Neil were also lovely. I’m unsure the lady’s name who works on reception during the day but she was also an amazing lady and helpful. Would stay again

The stylish decor of the bedroom, the friendly welcome, and especially, as a solo female traveller, the discretion of the receptionist who wrote my room number down and passed it to me very discreetly rather than saying it within the hearing of a party of male guests. The location is brilliant, ten minutes’ bus ride from Central Station and almost opposite Kelvingrove Gallery and Park, surrounded by bars and restaurants.
They say you can order a takeaway express breakfast if you book it the night before, but this turned out to involve a lot of fuss. If they can’t do it easily they shouldn’t advertise it.
