Excellent location for my trip, spacious and quiet second floor room, and extremely helpful staff. Late night reception cover was appreciated.
Room could do with a deep clean as several spots e.g. side lights by bed quite dusty. Toilet flush was difficult and felt like it might break at any time.

Location was perfect for us as we were attending a concert at the OVO arena
The pillows could do with replacing. Dark spots could be seen through one of the pillow cases and so I didn’t use it.
The toilet handles were very flimsy

Friendly staff at reception. My luggage was stored when I arrived early. The room was spacious, clean and I slept very well.
