Location was ideal for walking to the hydro, only a 15min walk. Close to bars and restaurants.
Room was not cleaned before we arrived. Bin had rubbish in it, toilet unflushed, cups and tins on desk, bed not made. Had to leave hotel to wait for room to be cleaned luckily we were leaving for a concert. ‘Complimentary’ breakfast (to make up for the dirty room) was stone cold and handbag was lifted from table by member of staff when waiting for breakfast. Could not access lift to 3rd floor as was being constantly being used by cleaning staff when trying to get back to room after breakfast and back down for check out.

Elaine was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
First Room was very small. The second room was a good size but warm even with the radiator turned off. The laundry room music and construction below was very loud and annoying.
