Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was great and easy to get to.
I found the room slightly stuffy, but the building is old and this cannot really be helped.
I found that soind travelled through the halls and was sometimes hard to sleep

Fantastic location, good value for money.
Breakfast was ok.
Took £100 initially as a retainer, bit came out my account, then had to argue to have this taken off final bill. Never stayed in a hotel this has happened before.
Could hear everything from room upstairs so needs sound proofing.
Pillows were very lumpy.
No hot water 2nd morning.

The breakfast was delicious.
I was not able to open my window, I told this to one of the employees she said they will get somebody to fix it, but then they didn't send anybody during my stay.

The room was okay. however, my rest was not as I expected. There was a lot of noise from the other room from the the other residents.
I liked the location because there is plenty of eating places and near the city centre.
Noise. there were people in the hotel where people were talking loudly around 2 AM disturbing sleep. These were adults.
Measures can be put in place to prevent this in the future

Good position within Glasgow's west end. Easy to reach from the airport, and strategically placed to move around Glasgow with everything nearby, while still enjoying a relatively quiet and tranquil area
The hotel is quite dark, and although the staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful, the general atmosphere of the lobby, corridors and tiny rooms are incentives to spend very little time in the hotel. As it is a big and widespread hotel chain, I expected more.
