Room and the location was ok for my teams work training - based on one night. Not sure I would consider again for more team members.
The attitude of the reception staff upon arrival left a very poor first impression. My team of three ladies had not visited your hotel before and, in an effort to be helpful, provided their booking reference. Unfortunately, the receptionist responded rudely, stating that “no one uses reference numbers these days” and asked for names instead.
When the booking could not initially be found under Marina’s name, they then offered mine as the lead booker. This interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming, particularly as it was their first experience of your hotel.
A more courteous and professional approach would have made a significant difference. I would strongly recommend additional customer service training to ensure guests are greeted in a friendly and respectful manner, creating a positive first impression from the outset.

Absolutely nothing
Payed a £100 "damage deposit" they kept it claiming the sheets were stained, that's literally impossible I didn't even stay in the room. I had to leave due to an emergency and was bearly in the room for 30 minutes, didn't mind not getting a full refund but there was absolutely not damage or stains left in that room. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Right off Argyl street so there are restaurants and shops everywhere. Very welcoming staff, clean and very comfortable.
I wish there had been a mini fridge in the room.

Room was beside a very busy road needs double glazing to help with noise control and the bed was very uncomfortable needs replacing more bumps and lumps than the road outside

Asked for another room - was given a room very near lift
I wrote previously to ask for a room well away from lift ( as sleeping during day ) as it happened quiet during day
Property very tired in places - needs updating
