We were
We were told breakfast was provided and when we went for breakfast we were told that it was not provided for us and that we had to pay for it.
Don’t know where the lies came.
Very disappointing.
Supposed to be a part of the cost.
The woman down there where the food was was a bit snotty, high and mighty, rude.
So was the night shift woman at the desk.
Both perhaps a bit prejudice it seems.
Personally I would not return.

It’s a bit small and tight
Bed was not made everyday, and the replacement tissue was not thorough

The second room was a good size but warm even with the radiator turned off.

The hotel great value for City centre Glasgow, had a newly refurbished room with walk in shower Excellent breakfast for £10 so much choice and tatty scones! Hotel staff very helpful.
During my stay the car park right outside my bedroom window was unavailable to guests but full of cars belonging to staff and contractors. So had to street park @ £5/hour!!

I would recommend this stay in Glasgow. Close proximity to Downtown, University or Glasgow, and very walkable to shops, restaurants, etc.
1st world problem - Netflix couldn't connect to the TV, and WiFi was spotty.

This hotel was reasonably priced especially given its location. Could walk into the city in about 30 mins but many other attractions nearby in a shorter distance as well. Breakfast was great and I liked how the hot food was served by staff rather than buffet style for hygiene reasons. The bathroom was so nice and clean, room was decent as well.
Most of the staff were pleasant. I did have housekeeping banging on my door 10 minutes before checkout time which put me off a bit. I had a street level room right next to the road so it did get a bit noisy at times and I mostly kept my curtains closed as anyone could just look in but again the hotel is located in a busier area so that’s to be expected. I always sleep with white noise & so it drowned out all the sounds at night but just a warning to anyone who might have an issue with this!
