Comfortable beds, room was clean but looking a bit tired and bathroom needs updating.
No air-conditioning so room was very stuffy. Windows didn't open either. They do provide a fan but that was just blowing hot air around

Good sized room with comfortable bed.
Helpful staff.
Location was convenient for my stay. Good location in general, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Thin walls allow sounds from corridors and footsteps on floors above.
The room was quite dark.
£100 deposit you need to pay.
There was no fridge in the room.

Comfortable bed, room clean, reception staff lovely. Breakfast food is lovely.
The attitude of the breakfast server is not good, great with foreign visitors though. The floors need to be seriously looked at due to dips everywhere, the bathroom floor was the worst. Some of the skirting is missing next to the desk. As for the £200 hold money is ridiculous, feel like we should charge them that amount just to get things fixed that need done.

Friendly staff and very good service.
Clean rooms and bathrooms.
Great location ... a walking distance from Kelvingrove Park and the University of Glasgow ... and bus stations very close by.
Great value.
The toilet flush needs a bit of improvement.
The windows need to be more sound isolating for the rooms on the main street side.

I’ve machine not working. The £100 being held in your card for 5-10 days after stay. Should be made aware at home of booking. Not the day before when no option to look elsewhere.
Stayed in room 37, above the breakfast room and music with a beat started playing from 7am, no chance of a lie in with that going on.

Young man on reception was helpful and polite. good value as rate included breakfast was really good. Perfect location for gig at hydro.
Walls need a paint. Shower screen doesn't work but fine to use. Room 102.

It was a good "budget" hotel. Clean, good location, friendly staff. It met all expectations for a Best Western brand.

We were told breakfast was provided and when we went for breakfast we were told that it was not provided for us and that we had to pay for it.
Don’t know where the lies came.
Very disappointing.
Supposed to be a part of the cost.
The woman down there where the food was was a bit snotty, high and mighty, rude.
So was the night shift woman at the desk.
Both perhaps a bit prejudice it seems.
Personally I would not return.
