Wonderful
The room was lovely the girl behind desk went above and beyond(blonde hair) sorry forgot name,was my husbands birthday she done everything she could to help make our stay special,like having a fridge in the room.
Price had doubled due to a concert which were attending!!!

Location is in a very nice area of Glasgow and the price was very good.
Room was uncomfortable at night as they had no air conditioning and it was a heatwave.

The staff were lovely, I liked the high ceilings and that the tv was very up to date with all the apps etc we could need, shower pressure was amazing
The front door to my room had to slam to close as it would catch and it looked like the bottom of it had been cut at somepoint leaving a gap which was a bit awkward, the windows only open so much which I understand and there was a table fan in the room however even with the radiator off the room was soooo hot
