I booked a double room for myself and my daughter. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Stayed in the family room which was very spacious and comfortable.
The room did get cold at night and couldnt get heating working. I went down to reception and the man on shift at that point switched it on for us so ended up being no biggie

Nice hotel. Brief stop-over so never used much of the facilities so can't comment. Room was nice.

Location great, bed comfy, allowed dog to stay
That was the worse night sleep I’ve ever had. Room delightful but didn’t get to appreciate it as the couple next door in room 12 decided to have a party at 2am with loud music that continued til 630am. I notified the night concierge and he did his best to get their attention but to no avail. Shattered! I hope you take their deposit from them , ruined a rare night away sadly

The cleaners need a boot up the backside. Show how to use a hoover, the amount if hair in that room was grim. When putting the sheets onto my mattress properly, I found a room card, and a £20 note under the bed slats. If the cleaner had even slightly attempted to make that bed they would have found that money.

Great location for U of G parents to visit. Value for 3 people to stay
Relatively small rooms compared to other locations in West End. A bit worn. Somewhat noisy w other guests.
