The room was comfortable enough and location was good.
Staff were unhelpful and a bit rude. The housekeepers were noisy from 7am with doors banging shut and lots of talking etc. bathroom disabled chair could have been cleaner.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a good breakfast with good choice. The bed was very comfortable.
The building is old and tired. I would not recommend a room in the basement as it’s damp and musty down there.

Hotel has a car park but was unable to use as was told had to book space but when pushed the receptionist basically said the spaces are for staff in the morning shift

THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN!!!!
Everything was beyond awful. The smell hit us the moment we walked in. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they had never been cleaned. Even the curtains were dusty and filthy.
As for the breakfast, I was disgusted by almost everything that was offered. I would never stay here again.
Trust me, I’ve stayed in some pretty bad hotels during my student years, but this was on a completely different level. Avoid this place at all costs.
