Great location, although our room looked over the street and it was a little noisy. But not too bad. Nice breakfast.
The room was painted a very dark colour, which felt a little oppressive.
More fruit at breakfast would have been good.

Location was exellent as was very near the Hydro were our concert was and was a short walk.The young man on the reception who checked us in was very helpful and polite.Will def be back for another stay.

Parkinson's health issues sporadically overwhelm at random.
The levels of staff understanding, care, and consideration were simply superb. Each member of staff, particularly Jade, Lorraine, Neil, and staff of housekeeping, were exemplary with help whenever required.
A recently refurbished and fine quality hotel added gloss to a superb two nights stay in Glasgow while on business.
Highest recommendation given.

Good location, nice reception area and good having the lifts. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful
The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up of bit more modern decor and things like the windows/window sills in rooms cleaned and clean curtains etc

We liked that the hotel was really close to the OVO Hydro for such a good price, and that it was clean and quiet. It was reassuring to know that there was someone at the check-in desk 24/7 too.

Nothing was liked, apart from the front door, as it was also the exit.
Said there was a bar and resturaunt, NO, bar was a hole in the wall selling cans and bottles which closed at 11.30. There was no resturaunt, just a breakfast room in the dingey cellar. Staff could do with a bit of hospitality training. We asked for rooms to be close together, NO, opposite ends of the building and on different floors. Rooms were a let down, cold and painted a gloomy battleship grey with no way of turning the heating up, family room double bed was only about 6 inches wider than the single bed, no extra blankets or pillows. All we heard all night was the lift rattling, squeeking and saying doors opening or what floor it was on. The bathroom was tiny and only had 1 bath and 2 hand towels, not enough for a room booked for 3 people. the whole place had a damp smell about it. Also the bathroom had mould in places. Overall it was not worth the money we paid for it as it was very unloved and could do with a lick of paint. Will NOT stay here again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy
