The breakfast was great. The front desk was wonderful-everyone was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing, restaurants and attractions. The lobby was clean.
The bathroom was very small and the shower was small too. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. There was a smell from the pipes that carried waste which was strong in the bathroom.

Checking in was very helpful and informative
I only found out about your £100 per room deposit after I had booked and paid for the stay , I was sent an email the day after . This policy is poor , I agree with the sentiment however upfront information is essential in trust and open communication

Nice staff, very friendly and helpful
The reception area and facilities need to be upgraded. Very poor and feels no money is going back into the hotel for a very long time. Looks very tired.
