Comfortable location, right in front of a bus stop so it’s a great place to lay your head down.
I didn’t like how much laundry cost to do. 10 pounds per tiny bag was a little expensive but I needed my laundry done.

I liked most everything except the booking.com price. Great location. Decor was pretty dark and dreary. Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Room was on minus 1 level, would've preferred a room with a complete window.

Disappointing
Room 18. Basement floor. Very strong moisture smell in the bathroom. Actually newly furnished modern bathroom (for disabled ) It was just one day stay. For some days more I can't think to stay there.
Also room walls are thin and you can hear noises around.

budget hotel perfect for Kelvingrove area. Easy to find and with parking. Lots of pubs and restaurants in the area and close to Glasgow Uni. Friendly and helpful welcome from the reception staff

Disappointing
All hotels I stayed provided breakfast . Here the hotel charges are not included which was a disappointment.
First, asking a pre deposit of £100 per room after the booking amount was paid and room booked is just unethical. This should be before accepting booking.
Everything in the room was disappointing. I even handed over a Note to receptionist giving my observations.

Friendly staff. Night porter was very friendly and helpful.
The location was great for the Hydro
Good transport nearby. Bus to city stops right outside hotel. Train is just around the corner.
My room was very big and looked out on to main road. Beautiful high ceiling in room.
Beds were very very small. I'm not very tall and my feet hung out over bottom of bed.
No units in bathroom to put toiletries.
Bathroom needs modernising.
No fridge in room
