Absolutely disgusting would never recommend anyone to stay we stayed only for a gig, and even at that it was awful I didnt sleep at all, the room was stoorie and hot really run down unfortunately, decor wasn't great, there was so many drunk people due to the gig that was on and others having the same idea about staying close by but the type of customer this place took in wasnt appealing to us we didnt research enough we just booked for the closest one we could so last minute. We had to hear arguing, people having seriously loud sex next door, we were basically put down in the basement of the hotel it was just awful, although we got in a littlr late you still want somewhere comfortable, clean, quiet and peaceful to enjoy a night's sleep before a busy shopping day the next day in the city and we got none of that. The front desk staff looked miserable there was no warm inviting welcome it was like what I could imagine staying in a 2star hostel would be like.

the location was great. the neighboring streets were full of restaurants and shops and there was a large park and a big museum near the hotel.

It was just what we needed for one night in Glasgow. Clean and comfortable, straightforward process and friendly staff.
The window in the bedroom wouldn’t stay open. It was very warm. Though a fan provided did help keep us cool.

Great location within walking distance of the city. Clean, tidy and quiet.
As a larger person I found the bathroom a little cramped. I managed but it was just a little tight. I had a no smoking room but I could smell smoke. Again, for the price not a huge complaint. Just small things.

Room and breakfast were standard but also well presented and well laid out.
I usual price rears it's ugly head. Could have been cheaper as booked well in advance. It was a gift booking via booking.com, meaning my BW Rewards Membership wasn't valid as it was booked through a third party, that's a disappointment.
