Reception staff were very pleasant
Room next to lift shaft that sounded as though it was in the room and it’s us. Room furnishings extremely tired looking and the smallest double bed I’ve ever slept in.

The staff were excellent - including helping with bag storage. Room was really comfortable. Location is not that central but in a great part of the city
Only complaint is that £20 flat rate for breakfast is steep, would consider going elsewhere to eat

The breakfast was excellent.
The bathtub/shower was not usable for us three ladies...it was do difficult to try to get over the high sides.
The elevator broke and we needed to walk down several sets of stairs. The wonderful young lady at the front desk carried our heavy bags down and stored them for us for several hours. She also handled a very disgruntled lady very professionally. Enjoyed your employees very much
The tub/shower is not good for older ladies
Why is the entire hotel the color Grey? So depressing @

Proximity to Games venue, park and restaurants. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The beds were comfortable, the towels soft
The room was small, gloomy and poorly lit. It was next to the lift and staircase and quite noisy. I left a new pair of pyjamas on the towel rail, but they were not found and there was little interest in finding them for me, which I found very disappointing. The overnight rate was more than double the normal price, just because of the Games
