I contacted the best western ahead of my stay as I wanted a few little surprises in the room for my husband as we were down celebrating for his birthday. Staff communicated and accomidated all of my requests which took the stress out for me and our trip went just as planned.

Second Attempt!!
Staff were good.
Status of the room! Bathroom was dangerous due to shower facilities. Risk of slipping due to flooding of floor and external floor. hygiene not good. Air intake difficult due to window movement which damaged my arm.
Noisy neighbours at 4.00am.

Executive room was the size of a matchbox, we stayed in one two years ago and it was enormous, definitely not as we thought it would be
