Wonderful
A comfortable stay overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for getting around and exploring the museums nearby. The room was spacious with high ceilings, which made it feel light and pleasant, and it had everything needed for a short stay.
There was a minor cleaning issue in a less visible area, which I’ve already raised with the staff. I’m sure it will be taken care of.

The idea of deducting an additional 100 pounds after I had paid for the room. This was not mentioned by booking.comIt was generally good

The staff on reception, in the breakfast room and in the housekeeping department were friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent, on a direct route into town and near all the facilities in the west end.

We didn´t realise how far it was to walk to the hotel from the bus station.
The room was a good size but, we found it quite dark.
There was a good selection for breakfast which set us up for the day.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the man from Egypt.

Large family room, good location, clean room and friendly staff, good facilities good water pressure in shower, big heavy curtains to keep the light out
Stuffy room, no air con and windows don't open which led to an uncomfortable sleep. The double bed was very small as well.

Very comfy bed great price and great location
Only thing I could fault was the shower. The taps on the sink were really powerful however shower water not so much. The shower head was very limp and water very hot hard to cool it down. Didn’t like having to pay £100 deposit as left me short for my stay however was refunded the very next day.
