Breakfast
Breakfast is served by the staff, which I don't like. The options are very limited. The hall is very congested, and all the areas are quite dark. Overall, the breakfast and hall do not satisfy me.
I like the bed and the room overall, but there are some issues. The room has an open layout facing the road, and the bathroom is quite small. When you open the door, it directly faces the main corridor, which allows surrounding sounds to enter the room. As a result, it feels like all the noise comes inside. Overall, I am not very happy with my stay.

Staff were amazing, we had some suitcases sent beforehand and collected after we had left (as we were flying) and they sorted all of that for us without a hitch. Beds were comfy and the location was perfect! Amazing food in the area.

The hotel has a great location, close to several pubs, shops, food outlets, the train station, the Exhibition Centre, as well as the university and the park. They offer a tasty breakfast with plenty of choices.
Unfortunately, the triple room was very cramped. The view was of the street, which was quite noisy in the evening and could disturb sleep. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally worked poorly.

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was great and location near Kelvingrove Park and Kelvinhall Museum was ideal.
More choice of food at bar.

Location
The noise from the cleaners from early as 7am we were initially given room 18 on the lower level with a view of building containers and building materials. It was an eyesore. However, in fairness to the staff on the desk, they were pleasant and kind enough to move us to a room with a better view room 22. Unfortunately for us, it was next to the cleaners store cupboard. Other than that, the stay was quite good..

Comfortable and clean room which was reasonably sized. Helpful friendly staff. Good location close to Kelvingrove Museum and great restaurants and pubs. A short, pleasant walk into the town centre.
We were disappointed with the breakfast which had a limited cereal selection (no muesli/ granola ) and no fresh cut fruit, only whole apples. No pastries, just white or brown bread.
Walls were thin and we could hear conversations from our neighbours.
