All staff were very pleasant and chatty. From booking in to breakfast the next day there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Will be recommending this hotel if friends are visiting Glasgow.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Very noisy. We didn’t get much sleep as drunk powered shouting and chapping our door in the early hours.

staff and restaurant good
I got almost no sleep as neighbours were roaming the corridors shouting and banging on doors, 24hr? reception did not pick up and at 3:20 security eventually arrived asked them to be quiet and left, nothing changed, at 6am one of them knocked on my door and tried to open the door ranting about me having tried to disturb them! Scary and they were totally out of it. Another guest went to their room to ask them to be quiet and saw bottles lying all over, smoking equipment, and a pile of cash on the bed, I wonder what their job is. I guess they are welcome at this hotel as nothing done to stop them. My advice stay safe, stay away...

Everything. The only thing I would change would be the number of nights we stayed! The room was a great size, clean, all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was great, and shower pressure was amazing.
Breakfast was lovely and a wide variety of items available.
The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
We're planning on coming to Glasgow again a few time next year, we will definitely be staying here again.
