The hotel was absolutely fabulous, beautifully furnished with lovely facilities.
The staff are professional, courteous and thoughtful. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome.
Dinner was wonderful with a big select of fantastic dishes and a good wine list at reasonable prices. Our meals were superb and I was very impressed with hot plates. The restaurant staff were professional and friendly.
Cooked to order full Scottish breakfast was divine and the breakfast shift staff were absolutely lovely and thoughtful.
I will definitely stay here again.

From the minute we entered the property, everything was great. The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was very comfortable, and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. It's only a short drive to the railway station, where there are frequent trains to Glasgow Central. We really enjoyed our stay.

Superb accommodation, staff, breakfast, all amazing, it was our anniversary and on arrival there was a plate of treats for us at nearly midnight.

Upon arrival the property was very striking. Parking was good. The property had lovely grounds you could walk in. The room was absolutely beautiful. We were there for my partners birthday so our room was upgraded free of charge which was such a kind gesture. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel overall was beautiful. Breakfast was incredible we really enjoyed breakfast.
The carpets were quite worn and the stairs creaked on pretty much every step. I suppose that’s to be expected of a property at this age but that would be the only other feedback. Everything else absolutely exceeded our expectations.

The room was good, very quiet.

Arriving at reception which was unattended and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to turn up had to go into the bar to get a member of staff to chase someone out to check us in.

Great hotel with lovely spacious rooms, great food and good staff.
The one thing that took away a little from our stay was that the superior room we had didn't have Air con. Their was 2 fans in the room which did help a bit with thd heat.
