Staff very helpful moving heavy suitcases and carried upstairs - very friendly and nice - nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Dinner service was a bit slow. Staff very young and maybe a little bit inexperienced.

Had a nice meal there and a comfortable sleep.
There was a dirty tissue with possible blood left making concerns of cleanliness and bathroom had sticky marks around sink area. 235 pounds for the one night is on the pricier side and things like that you don't expect to happen

I love,love this hotel its always clean,near everything,staff amazing,rooms lovely it was the first time in room 104 (maybe ear plugs next time I get this room) The other rooms ive been in are great.Food amazing.Thank u .
The vent/fan outside the window in room 104 makes a noise not all night but I was wishing for a lay in, but at 6ish (am) the thing came back on so I was up.(ear plugs next time)

Very nice restaurant and bar area with outside seating.
Really nicely furnished with modern decor.
Comfortable rooms with great shower.
