Fabulous suite, excellent views and super comfy bed. Perfect location for the OVO and surrounding music venues. The breakfast was perfect and well replenished.

How close it was to the Hydro.
I booked the room 3 weeks ago, for £95 but had to pay £175 for my room. The room was 4020 on the 14th floor, it smelled of dampness & also we had a 12pm check out but were woken up at 08:45 by workmen drilling & banging from the 15th floor. Will never book this hotel again. I have used booking.com for years but after this im thinking of using other websites.....totally disgusted.

The breakfast was perfect and delicious. Had so much to choose from. Also offered vegan choices. The coffee machines were a bonus, as there was so many of them. We were a 2 minute walk to the Ovo arena which was perfect.
The mini fridge in the room was lit up all night so the room wasn't dark enough in my opinion. The only plug sockets were next to the bed, or on the skirting boards behind the tv unit. We put the kettle on the floor under the unit to boil it.
