Wonderful
Great location, stunning view along the River Clyde beside the Clydeport crane from my room. Good for Sci Centre, though I was at a conference in this hotel so didn't go anywhere else. Very nice comfy room.
Conference food was not great tbh. We paid about £80 for a gala dinner, which left many of us envious of the folks who had headed off into town instead. Also, there's not much around the hotel if you do want to try somewhere other than the hotel restuarant to eat. On a Sun night, most places in the vicinity are closed. The bar even closed quite early on the Sat night, so lots of us went over to the Travelodge over the river. As a conference venue, I found it mediocre. It was annoying that you have to go a long-winded way round, up stairs, along a corridor, down stairs, try not to get lost....all because they don't want you taking shortcuts through the hotel restaurant and disturbing other guests. The lifts! Oh the lifts. Not sure what the problem was, but they took ages and were very confusing. People must've kept pressing buttons then going on different lifts, as they were constantly going up and down when no one was there. Ho hum. Great location and stunning view from high-up rooms though!

Staff great, breakfast outstanding
Room, location must have been a problem, noise levels were so bad we didn’t sleep. Room 219 was next to back of house lifts and customer lifts, the noise was extremely loud. Drilling then started through the wall. Having hotel experience this room should have been out of order. I know the hotel was possibly full but this room should not have been used.

How stunning it all was and the staff was so attentive
The bed could have been a little more comfortable and I payed £12 for only 4 small chocolate, I thought I would have got more for my money
