Room was decent size and spotless
The fact we got very limited sleep due to other guests shouting, screaming, singing, loud music, banging doors etc....for £180 per night id have hoped staff could've dealt with it at the time...there was several police vehicles outside when we left.

The hotel was fabulous and in a quiet part of Glasgow. The Christmas decorations were very tasteful and created a very Christmassy feel. All the staff we engaged with were friendly, extremely helpful, and very considerate. Probably the best staff I have seen, within a hotel environment, for a very long time. They deserve a Christmas bonus and a huge ‘Thank You’. They made our stay, which was only very short, very sshort.

My room was low level, no view of the city, my previous stays have had excellent views of the city, that one of the reasons we like staying any the hotel
