Excellent room, very nice condition and everything you’d expect. Reception/bar/restaurant areas are lovely and nice to sit around in having food or drinks. Breakfast was very good. Far better than I remember previously and great to see the less than Farmfoods quality square sausage seems to have been removed. The pool was great and looks like it’s potentially recently had a minor makeover/repairs.
A little bit annoying going for breakfast and not being on the list when there’s a queue behind you. Especially after being asked if we wanted to add it on at reception on check in. Breakfast was included on original booking. I suspect because it was a free genuis reward it wasn’t showing normal on booking and missed off a report. It was resolved quite quickly but slightly embarrassing holding up a queue who are no doubt standing thinking we’re trying to blag it.

Wonderful experience at the hotel, staff were amazing, the health facilities on point and the room was beautiful
The coffee available in the rooms is awful, perhaps a change in brand or a coffee machine in the rooms

The facilities are first class, the swimming pool is brilliant as is the sauna & jacuzzi , food lovely & the customer service is second to none. I’d requested an early check in and it was handled brilliantly and gave to me free of charge. Parking is easy & the location is handy to everywhere,

Dirty white trainers worn by a number of staff in the restaurant at night and at breakfast. Not nice to see.
Ordered a bottle of wine for dinner and had to ask 20 minutes later as forgotten about. Very disappointing.

Staff were helpful polite professional always willing to help.
Discount advised was nit on computer at reception I felt awkward advising as if I was begging which left me feeling uncomfortable. However staff at desk helped out. Discount sticker should b in operation on arrival, if applicable.

Impressive Hotel with fantastic views over the river clyde. Efficient check in staff. The club exec room we booked was great with a Comfortable bed and ensuite with great strong shower, large tv with sky remote and bathrobes and slippers. Club Room on the 15th Floor is as would expect open 6am -10pm with coffee machines, cold drinks and a few snacks. Fabulous views in the club room. All staff were friendly and helpful.
The entrance to the hotel is to the left of the SECC Armadillo it was messy and confusing, with cars parked all over the entrance for a wedding reception at the hotel ( People reluctant to pay the £12 in the hotel car park ) At the time we visited the lifts in the hotel were being refurbished this created long delays in calling for the lift on the 15th floor. ( 12 mins on one occasion) The air conditioning in the room was not working properly very noisy and just blowing warm air. Breakfast was a typical self service with all you would expect.

The check in and facilities, majority of staff, the restaurant staff were great, the bar staff well a young lad called Christopher was excellent his customer service was the best of ALL the bar staff . The room was well stocked and clean
The management at the bar ( a blonde female) and a scruffy young gent ( whose jacket was a wrinkled mess, with boots on ) never smiled or acknowledged customers waiting at the bar to be served..
The executive lounge could do with being a bit larger as people couldn't get seats at 530pm
