Lovely garden bit, really nice big room, v nice stay relatively budget friendly if not checking in as a dirty stop out/11/12. Place is clean quiet and mini tea and coffee stn always hooray for me
10£ late check in fee and unexpected only disclosed after booking as on a 9 hr train journey— booked it with razor thin budget so that deflated me but otherwise really lovely I got over it sitting and smoking in the lovely seating area

The stadium was 2 mins away and staff were generally nice.
I stayed in room 9 and there was an army of ants in my room all over the table and floor! Pretty horrific experience.
