We chose this for a one night stay to attend a gig on Pollockshaws Road, so the location was important, within walking distance. The price was also very competitive. We were given a large en suite room with a double bed, which was comfortable enough, although a KS would have been much preferred. The shower room was fresh and clean, and the shower itself powerful with no shortage of hot water. It was quiet, and we had a good sleep.
All you get is the room. There are no other facilities. Reception is only open at certain booking in times.
We knew all this before booking, so not a complaint.

Demanding "photo ID" is not what British hotels. If you are determined to drag us down by resorting to American habits and bureaucracy it is to be hoped someone else ends up owning the hotel

Great, clean room, close to Crosshill Station and close to local Sainsbury's and Tesco stores as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Nice park nearby to take a stroll in the better weather.
Everything was fine, I have booked my next stay in Glasgow at the same hotel.

Exactly what was required for our overnight stay, and for the price, it was ideal. My room was a little cold, but that's more my problem, not theirs. The sheets seemed clean, but were stained.
Overall, prices for facilities, we were more than happy.

The place was so close to my work place like 5minutes walk and very accessible to public transport
The property was so cold and I have to wait 15minutes to get the shower warm in the morning it was so noisy as I could hear the footsteps on the second floor and heard all the noises from my room .
