Demanding "photo ID" is not what British hotels. If you are determined to drag us down by resorting to American habits and bureaucracy it is to be hoped someone else ends up owning the hotel

Great, clean room, close to Crosshill Station and close to local Sainsbury's and Tesco stores as well as lots of restaurants and cafes. Nice park nearby to take a stroll in the better weather.
Everything was fine, I have booked my next stay in Glasgow at the same hotel.

Exactly what was required for our overnight stay, and for the price, it was ideal. My room was a little cold, but that's more my problem, not theirs. The sheets seemed clean, but were stained.
Overall, prices for facilities, we were more than happy.

The place was so close to my work place like 5minutes walk and very accessible to public transport
The property was so cold and I have to wait 15minutes to get the shower warm in the morning it was so noisy as I could hear the footsteps on the second floor and heard all the noises from my room .

Location and parking.
Felt like we were staying in a hostel. Very dated, not very clean. Armchair was thick with dust and bathroom handle was covered in something horrid. Only one cup for making coffee. Had to climb three flights of stairs to get to room. Room was freezing on arrival in afternoon but heating came on in evening.

I didn't eat breakfast so I wouldn't know what to say.
Check out time of 10:00 am instead of the popular/standard time of 12:00 pm. Though , I noticed that heating system was available but the staff refused to switch it on after several requests. Also, the building surroundings were poorly lit and signage appalling. These two failings betrayed the quality of the amenities inside the building.
