Welcoming staff. Good size twin room. Free parking. Nice bar area.
Room very dated with musty smell and could do with upgrading . Poor choice for complimentary breakfast.

Attractive Scottish-styled traditional hotel with a great restaurant just in the lobby. Very convenient for dining and going right up to your room to sleep. The rooms were nice, not too hot, and had a functioning television with internet tv.
Its a little tricky getting suitcases up to the upper floors since there no elevator, but its a minor thing considering not a single place weve stayed in Scotland has had an elevator yet.

Getting woke up by builders at 9:30am right outside our room window. Continuing for 2 hours.!

Friendly staff and locals. Good value hotel. Do nice lunch meals. Have sport TV and next to the Crookston railway station so 20 minutes and you in the city centre.
Bathroom could do with a little TLC.

A quiet place, good service, friendly attention.
The public that frequents the place is kind, friendly.
The response to problems is fast, very friendly, helpful.
A small leak in the room but they gave me another one faster than I thought. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise when you step on it for my liking.
