Our second stay since Dec 2025. Both stays exceeded our expectations. Excellent Breakfast Choices on the Buffet. Very comfortable beds.
Dinner menu has many options that are reasonable priced. The staff are all helpful and friendly.
You feel welcome the minute you step through the doors.
Small dislike. Wish the shower water temp was a bit hotter.

The customer service was outstanding.
I had requested no chemicals or sanitizing spray due to health issues. On arrival, as soon as I entered the room, I smelled ozone. My heart sank. I was exhausted and just wanted to rest.
I raised it immediately with reception. The housekeeping manager came to find me soon afterwards and explained that he had gone to the extra step of running an ozone machine to ensure the space was clear and clean for me. What he didn't know was that ozone is a major lung irritant and affects me for many days. It doesn't clear like fragrances etc. He found us a room adjacent, gave us some complimentary waters and stayed to make sure it was ok, then twice afterwards checked we were ok.
This was exemplary customer service, with genuine care as well as efficiency. The room was great. Well equipped, modern, clean. Well worth a little more than the other airport options, and I will definitely choose it again.
Just the temporary inconvenience mix-up due to using Ozone, quickly resolved.

Location for my needs was great. The room was very clean and it had an iron too which was great. Saves having to ask for it. Had tea, etc so could make myself a cuppa as i was working.
The staff on the desk were awesome and i was checked in within 5 mins of arrival. Very pleasant and provided all the information i needed.
Breakfast was really good with a huge selection to choose from. cereals, breads, cupcakes, hot and drinks both hot and cold.
only stayed the one night so couldn't fault anything.

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. I liked being able to walk to the airport.
My room was very cold and wouldn't warm up. Also when it was late and there was room in the restaurant we were asked to go sit in the "bar" area.

The restaurant was a disaster. The waitress kept bringing us the wrong drinks and then stopped coming to our table. We had to keep going to bar to fetch things like silverware and water. Food wasn’t great once it arrived.

The hotel was lovely the staff were really helpful the rooms were immaculate so I give the house keepers 100% the food in the hotel was class would defo recommend staying here ? & I will defo go again x
The only thing I could say is all bar staff should have cocktail training apart from that overall I loved it x
