We arrived early we were fixed up, I had to get flowers to a new found relation - it was done instantly, I was sick and though I hadnt ordered breakfast I was given tea and toast instantly, as a result of sickness I missed housekeeping - it was sorted to a tee and a time. All that that takes - a great staff

Nice comfortable bed and clean room.
Absolutely freezing in the room when we arrived at 8pm. It was about 16deg in the room and it took over 3 hours before it was comfortable. Not what I would expect from a so called 4 star hotel. Each couple of rooms are connected by a door in between them, which makes it incredibly non private. You can hear conversation at normal loudness from next door which is appaling! I'd never stay there again only for this reason. It makes for the least private room in a hotel that I have ever experienced! Just awful! Not sure how this place could have been awarded a 4 star rating. It's certainly not. Stayed in plenty of 4 star places that were much much more upmarket than this. Seems like they want to sell rooms on cheap and then charge you a sneaky 18quid for parking. I have never seen this before to be perfectly honest.
