I stayed two nights - one before we left for holiday. Here our family room was situated at the lift. Causing lots of noise all night long with people congregating and talking while waiting for the lift or existing after being at the bar for one too many.. On check out I requested a room away from the lift. We checked in on return to yet again be in a room at the lift... Although the one next door to the previous stay. We were tired, kids were knackered exactly why I had sorted it pre arrival so I accepted it and stayed. First time booking and staying here over the more budget neighbours but the difference really wasn't worth the money. Dirty plates and glasses littered the corridor and it just really didn't reflect the price.

Bed was really uncomfortable. 2 duvets zipped together and was uncomfortable every time I stretched and felt the zippers. Mattress uncomfortable, felt like springs sticking out in places. For £100 there are more comfortable ‘chain’ hotels available.

From the minute we walked in the door, all the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely made our stay all the better. We ate in the restaurant as we had an early flight and the food was great and again our wait staff were fabulous.
