Bed had cheep mattress and no control for heating. Breakfast was low quality and hot food dried out

Excellent location for airport .
Staff were very friendly. For us coming from Australia heating was very important in Scottish winter which was excellent.
Room was very clean and facilities in the room where very good .
Breakfast not so good no croissants which was all my wife wanted , no delivery not an excuse .
prefer Barista coffee not coffee out of a machine .
Could do with a better beer selection .

Lack of courtesy by staff. No one helped with our luggage even when requested.
Threatened to get security to destroy our bags because we brought them to the reception while waiting for our Taxi

They had a 5 min pathway straight from the hotel to the airport. The room was bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed in. Was very modern and clean. Staff was really friendly at arrival
