The fact that I was charged to park my car for 15 minutes to unload my luggage check-in and then I took my car straight around to the rental return. I was still charged for one day parking.

Location to airport is so close! We booked this hotel on a last minute flight change with a delayed flight. We got in at 11pm and would not be able to pick up our car until the morning. This location and hotel were perfect for this reason!

Location is great, check in and out was easy
We had a bite to eat and a drink around 7:30, service was quite slow, server did not bring ordered drink, we had to prompt. Was he waiting to serve with food?

Stayed overnight just to catch our flight tomorrow. Probably 10min walk to the airport which has bus service to the city.
Just a short power outage lasting for 5min to 10mins. Probably blown a fuse but resolved right away.

The location is convenient, just a ten minute walk from the airport.
Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the walls are incredibly thin, so I could hear the couple next door talking and was woken up when they were up at 3 am. Wish I had just slept at the airport.

The room was a little cold for me, but it was no trouble at all for the front desk staff to enable me to turn up the temperature in the room to the level I liked, so I was very comfortably warm.

Disappointing
Having booked (27 April for May 7th stay) and paid in advance for the hotel, the evening before (6th May) we were contacted to say they were 'overbooked due to a system error' and we were moved to another hotel - Holiday Inn - this is a cheaper hotel which we had already looked at before booking the Courtyard. On arrival our rooms were very standard and we asked to be moved to nicer rooms and were told because the booking had been so late this is all that was available. We find this type of service very disappointing and would not recommend using a hotel that will do this to guests - we were not offered a refund or anything! we checked the prices of the Holiday Inn v the Courtyard and it was cheaper!
