Location was fine
Didn't like the hudge bed against window and walls,room felt narrow.also television had major problems with reception.it kept turning off and I spent almost all my time there running up and down lift complaining to front desk.and the lift had some issues too.it kept going to the wrong floors.only one lift was in order..I was stressed out all of my stay here.i felt I was stuck in a room with four walls with no entertainment.( TV) I also was kindley moved to another room after complaining twice.Then the television was the same in the other room.i couldn't watch a programme on any channel.that too kept going off and making strange sounds .I had to try and force myself to sleep,only because I couldn't stare at four walls all night.i was distressed with it...Also there wasn't a kettle tea facilities.so I was just stuck in a room. The staff were nice enough did what they could.

No tea and coffee facilities Walk to get 'free water' for room. No option to turn off air con.

I liked the location and all staff were very friendly and helpful
The tv didn’t work most of the time and the WiFi was on and off. One lift wasn’t working meaning it was quite annoying waiting for the other one
