The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were helpful and the bar/lounge area is a great place to hang out
I tried to contact the hotel directly before my stay and it was very difficult to get to speak to someone at the hotel.

Everything was lovely, especially The Canteen. The room was very clean and setup appropriately. Our stay was quite comfortable; definitely will return in the near future.
Nothing really to complain about. The heater did not heat properly to our liking, which was controlled via Ipad. The hotel did bring an extra comforter to stay warm.

Convenient location, bar/restaurant area nice but stools are too low for the high tables when you are less than 6ft tall. Comfortable bed.
No glasses in bedroom, can’t even have a glass of water or rinse teeth when brushing. Beds are terrible if there are two of you. Very claustrophobic feeling in room. Not my kind of hotel. Breakfast lady was brilliant. The check in system is terrible, 3 of us all arrived at same time all had different issues with the technology. When mentioned the request of glasses in room to receptionist in morning was told “write to manager as he doesn’t listen to us, I told him it was a bad idea” not what a customer needs to hear. Made me feel like an inconvenience asking for a receipt, instead of doing it for me he just gave instructions of what to do on iPad yet the next lady that came he came round and gave the best customer service asked how her stay was etc, yet to ask me.

The staff were lovely and the room was very clean and very near the bus station so perfect for an overnight stop in Glasgow.
There was no kettle to make a drink so I had to go down to the dinning room to get a cup of tea which was not ideal.the hairdryer was placed under the sink which was great but no mirror was near the sockets you would have to use.
