The staff were friendly
Not for tourists - more for working people - no kettle or hot drink facilities in the room and it felt like a prison cell. Dinner was nice and breakfast was good. Would not stay again as hotel was clinical and spartan and lacking atmosphere

It was so beautifully designed, the room was clean and the ipad to control was an incredible feature.
The stairs were confusing and one lift was broken so it was very hard to get downstairs

Facilities are always good,
Right hand lift is always broken, I stay here twice per year, same lift broken every time, forcing all residents to use one lift. A serious pain in the neck. I'm not sure what the issue is but I have to chase for an invoice for weeks, until I give up and call the head office. With these factors taken into account I can't stay here anymore.

Great staff, welcoming and friendly. Attractive public spaces. Excellent breakfast. The room was spotless, everything worked (via the provided Ipad Mini). Great location for the theatres, train station and shops etc.
We would have liked water glasses and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
