Location very central, just off Sauchiehall. Bar and other offerings at the hotel were both very good and very clean. The tablet for the room was great. Being able to cast my own streaming was great for sleeping. Blind and curtains were great. Nice and quiet. King size bed was very comfy and extra pillows requested on booking were provided Definitely going to stay again!
Room could have been a little cleaner. The bed and the shower were clean, but the desk and the stool were a little grubby. No USB charging slots, had to use a plug. Wish there was a fan, the air con kept the room at a good temp, but I like a fan for the noise when I sleep, and kinda hoped the air con would have been able to provide that even if the room didn’t come with a fan.

I liked how comfy the beds were and how nice and clean the room was
my mum didn’t like how there wasn’t a little kettle for a cup of tea in the morning but she is picky, so no other faults

My only slight complaint was a problem with my TV. If you selected any BBC channel the system switched itself off strange! But after a quick call to reception problem solved very quickly

The location is excellent
It’s overpriced for a self service hotel more like an upmarket hostal. If you want funky , self serve checked in/out yourself , you could have used reception but there queue and as I didn’t book cleaning using the in room tablet I had to ask for towels . The staff were nice . And lastly only one lift operating !!
