Impersonal, front desk could be warmer welcome and goodbye. Felt very transactional and below expectations for some Scottish hospitality which u experienced everywhere else in Glasgow.

The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was good
There was no tea making facilities or any refreshments in the room, I didn't like the fact that the sink was not in the bathroom. Also the fact that everything was controlled from the IPad was really annoying and the room was very small.

The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very clean.
I clearly didn't look at the pictures of the rooms properly as I hadn't realised how small the room was and that there were no tea/coffee making facilities. The room is only as wide as the bed is long and you're unable to walk around it as it's walled in on 3 sides. The toilet/shower room was tiny and not even room for a hand sink which was then sited in the bedroom itself. It's more like a hostel room than a hotel room. For a one night stay where you arrive late and leave early, it would have been totally acceptable, but not for what was meant to be a 3 night stay. I booked another hotel in Glasgow and left within the hour.
