The day staff were fab and so helpful. We loved the living room cafe area on the 1st floor. Great location and great value.
When we checked in, the night staff gave zero explanation of the quirks of the facilities, like the ipad controlled lights, where to get water and cups (there is nothing in the room), and the fact we had been assigned an accessible room. There were some minor speedbumps: our room was not well cleaned when we arrived, the safe didn’t work and staff couldn’t fix it on request, and there was only one working elevator for both guests and service purposes (often long wait). We were fine with all of this for the value but mentioning as others may not be.

I liked the central location. I suited our needs well. The bed was comfy and I loved being up against the window. The lights are a fun addition too.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a kettle in our bedroom. Unfortunately to the point where we wouldn’t return to stay because of this. Also the TV was super annoying when you are trying to sleep in the dark and the welcome screen is lighting up the space like and unwanted house guest!

Location was the best.
House keeping came in and shade was diagonal the window and no one came to repair.
Sitting in the sitting area we were told we could have outside food exposed.
The way bed set up having to hop over the other person was not pleasent.
Having to put out Kleenex box and toilet paper roll because prior schedule day didn’t refill toilet paper no extra and the roll on holder was almost gone.

Fabulous location. Easy to walk to almost all the sights. Very cool hotel. Well designed and so much to offer. Love all the areas you can go to relax, study or eat your own food.
Food was a bit on the pricey side.

The location was fab for a night out in the city. Self Service check in and check out made that quick and easy. Rooms a good size. Bed was very comfy! Love the cool lights and how the whole room works from an Ipad.
One lift from reception. One was out of order. The working one was either full or going up and down for a good few minutes before it actually reached the reception floor. For a very large hotel, all lifts should be working.

Really cool new hotel, everything modern, crisp, and clean; thoughtful and quirky design choices. Great location walking distance from Buchanan bus station.
The clouded glass around the shower/toilet doesn't feel private enough.

I love staying at CitizenM Glasgow – gorgeous huge bed, cool room design, friendly staff, easy check in / check out. A home away from home, after my first visit there I have returned twice and will no doubt be back again soon.

Ever colorful and futuristic Citizen M is a Disney experience in the world of humdrum hotels vying to be "luxe". It's fun while offering all the necessities for a working holiday. Preprogrammed changing color hues on bath "capsule" (not a room more a pod), music and blind settings create your requested atmosphere. A King bed fills area by window and rest of small room has utilitarian modern wall-attached furniture. Guests are encouraged to take their work or time to the Fl1 community space where odd but comfy couches and sitting spaces for group convo are set up in a abundance
Great for hotel meetings on creative projects bc each feel private yet open bar and snack area near, like an airport biz-class private lounge concept.
Not the usual hotel!
Elevators! Tiny. Occasionally not working on this visit. Too few for size of guest census. Slow. One morning neither of 2 were working so guests sent to service elevator-- only way out besides fire stairs.
Not acceptable to have only 1 working guest elevator in 7 floors and for that to then be out of service even for just a bit during a.m. checkout rush midweek?
