Location was perfect and the hotel and interior is beautiful and relaxing. Staff are attentive and friendly.
It was extremely noisy, this included guests in and out being noisy, the very nearby traffic (city view room - courtyard view would have been quieter) and the staff extremely noisy cleaning rooms early in the morning. Also interrupted by front desk calling our room on the hotel room telephone very late at night waking us to ask us if we had ordered food (which we hadn’t) no apology for waking us. Linen had holes in it, pillows were basic, regular shower was spraying everywhere and could only use the rainfall shower. Extremely cold room despite climate control, it just failed to heat up and was extremely cold on a sub zero temperate night. Very likely won’t stay again.
