No Kettle with tea and coffee, had to go and buy a travel kettle ! Air conditioning was very poor so heat was uncomfortable due to room being so small. For the high price the breakfast was poor!

Fantastic hotel, staff are all very friendly, helpful and attentive. Great central location, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast selection. A great place to stay for any Glasgow visit!
The only downside was only one lift was in action at the time of our stay.

Love the reception/lounge area. The beds are also very comfy. Staff really friendly.
The rooms could potentially do with a bit of an upgrade or freshen up. They have been the same for around 7 years
