Perfect location, great soundproofing, charming and obliging staff. The hotel is very much a 'design' concept and this is attractive in the public spaces.
- No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - No cups or glasses in the room. Not even a place to put a toothbrush - No fridge or minibar in the room - One of two lifts out of order

The bathroom 'pod' is a bit weird for my taste, I prefer a proper room for the bathroom rather than frosted glass!

Fantastic location, very central to train stations, the bus station and subway routes. The hotel is always very clean and the bed is the best i've experienced in any other hotel for the same price. There's a bar open 24 hours and the check in is just on a tablet at reception but there's always someone there to help. I enjoyed casting films from my phone onto the TV and the lights and room customisation were fun. At the weekends there is generally a security guard at the door so it feels safe.
I've stayed here a few times over the past 5 years and i'm sad that they've removed their own movies & things to watch on the tv, but at least casting is available. The wifi was okay but the TV signal was awful and didn't work. Also sad to see that some options from the tablet seem to be missing like 'slow wake up' etc, so i think it's a bit of a downgrade in terms of technology compared to what it was.

We have stayed at Citizen M before to do out Christmas shopping and enjoy a night away for our anniversary. The place is clean, staff friendly.
