Great location for theatre and restaurants
One of the lifts seems to be broken for months? It is a long wait as a result. Please attend to it. There is not kettle in the room. Would be good if tea to take away was cheaper.

loved the decor and space of floor 1 communal area. The Bed wad v comforatable, bedding was high quality and location to city excellent.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The bed was super comfy and the iPad controls for the room were super cool. All the staff were so helpful and kind especially Jefferson. He is an absolute gem and was so lovely to deal with.

I’ve stayed before. It’s an excellent location. Great technology (I particularly love the automated check-in and check-out. Rooms are very comfortable and the showers are outstanding. I had a very good sleep.
