The staff were all absolutely amazing. So friendly and so incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Natasha, who helped Me with a specific request. This hotel is very central but not in the noisy part of town. Well priced, rooms are clean and easily controlled via an iPad. Really nice, comfortable dining and living areas in the shared spaces too.
Only one lift was working! So it often took a long while to get up and down the floors.

Central location and friendly staff
Only one lift working which isn’t good if on upper floor. Room was very hot and air conditioning poor. No fridge in room and had to go to bar for water and ice which was in lower floor and had to wait for lift which was being used by staff. No room to put anything on in bathroom

The staff member who greeted me was so friendly and helpful, in fact, all the members of staff I encountered were friendly and kind, it made for a really pleasant time. The bed was so comfy, the iPad easy to use, just a seamless stay.
I appreciate the building works opposite can't be helped, so it wasn't a 'courtyard' view, but really, it was quiet and the blinds easy to adjust to block out the construction.

Super size bed and fantastic shower.
Just not to my particular taste. Room small and claustrophobic. Tiny sink when water turned on splashed onto the floor. No tea making facilities or kettle, no room service. I could hardly lift the pillows on the bed to move them as extremely heavy. Lighting, blind, TV, heating were all operated by a tablet. TV channels were awful very few I had ever heard of. Only BBC no Netflix or Sky.

it’s a great hotel, location is excellent, the bar and lounge areas so calm and relaxing. The room was also quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, although not cheap, was excellent. Would definitely return

To control the television required an ipad which did not work nor did the remote control so I was unable to watch the TV for both nights I stayed despite reporting it to reception desk .Apparently it required intervention from their IT team to resolve but this did not, unfortunately ,materialise There was also an issue with the lights but this may have been my own misunderstanding although it was not as simple as just putting a light switch on and off The wash hand basin was in the room not in the toilet/shower area There was also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or even a glass to have a drink of water However I have been promised a 20% reduction in my bill to compensate

Location excellent, check in too annoying doing it yourself. Only one lift working. Room tiny, bloody ipad to control everything which barely worked. This hotel really is more a hindrance than anything with all its technology tgat doesn't work well.
