Bed was comfy, staff were pleasant. room had no space for two folk and their luggage, not an appropriate hotel to stay in for more than 2 nights. Hotel had a problem with the boiler which meant no shower on the Saturday morning and elevator was down to one operating so very busy. I was not informed when I booked that there was work being done on first floor which meant very little choice of food.
See above, also no kettle in room, think this was just a bad choice of hotel for a five night stay, would be good for an overnight stay thanks to amenities in area.

The rooms were lovely and the beds were super comfortable.the staff were so friendly and helpful
The hairdryer wasnt working.the plug was half off.luckily id brought my own and we couldnt get the television to change channels so used youtube instead.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I have stayed here multiple times and have so far been happy with my stay
The hot water wasn’t working meaning me and my partner were unable to have a warm shower and had to have a freezing cold one. When I informed the staff they were very apologetic however I feel as if I should’ve been offered some compensation as we weren’t provided with basic necessities.

Area of the hotel was brilliant
The security guard was very unpleasant, the way he spoke to people in the hotel was shocking, our room had 2 dirty towels in it 1 was covered in something and the shower didn’t work the Sunday morning. iPad was also cracked

I have always enjoyed returning to the CitizenM Hotel in Glasgow. The rooms are great, ideal for a single user but comfortable for two. I encountered an issue when ordering breakfast through the mobile app, so I went downstairs to reception, and the staff quickly resolved it. The staff is excellent, and so is the breakfast. It's a great place to take a laptop and do your work.
It takes a bit to get to sleep. The noise from air conditioning in the toilet at night makes it hard to go to sleep. I could not turn it off. Maybe bring earplugs.

Very stylish and easy check in and out
My tablet could turn off all the lights and the ones that remained on didn't have an off switch and the switch in the wall for the lights was broken. In the morning before check out the hot water wasn't running. Left it on for 15mins and still no hot water. So couldn't shower before I left.
