Its a really nice and comfortable hotel. High tech where everything is controlled by an iPad. The bed is really big and comfortable. Couldn't really fault it.
My only gripe is there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room or if there was a chance to get it anywhere in the hotel anywhere ( it was never mentioned) I think it was all about logging in and getting the keys yourself through a computer screen but you miss the personal touch of a person maybe explaining the facilities to you. Its not a major issue but just a little thing I found a bit impersonal

I liked the location, the bar, plus the staff were really nice and friendly.
I was charged £225 by the hotel after having already paid through Booking.com. Thankfully I think it’s sorted now but not a very good experience.

Wonderful
It was quirky. Everything had a point and loved playing with the lights. Cocktail bar on 1st floor was highlight.
Took wrong lift and wrong stairs a couple of times. No signage advising which stairs and lift took you to reception. Also one of the lifts was broken and not a great start to stay.

Great location, room was nice, a little bit techy for just a room
The check in process was so long winded, especially when I had to do it all myself. The iron facilities were awful also, no where to hang thing, iron was poor quality
