I liked the location and the staff were very helpful. The decor was lovely and the bar area was warm and friendly.
I thought the rooms were small and overly priced. The facilities in the room were very basic. There was only one lift working which was an issue in the morning at check out as the we had to wait quite a while.

Location was perfect for my trip
Sink in same room as sleeping instead of bathroom. 1 single socket next to bed instead of a double. No separate USB sockets.

Comfortable beds
The room was stuffy, the bathroom is just a frosted glass pod. There’s no water or glasses in the rooms. the air con didn’t work properly, the iPad for the controls kept running out of battery. Overall the place seemed a bit dated. It’s not a four star experience

Everything was great- the building,design, comfort, friendly team, food, location. The only suggestion would be to have a non slip shower mat.

Everything amazing beautiful & the most wonderful staff
Nothing. Will b back as soon as possible. Out of this world in every aspect of the hotel & staff. Outstanding. Will stay no where else but here. Once you experience this place you wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
