The staff were all very friendly didnt get in your way too much unless you needed help and they couldn't help you enough. very comfortable bed and a good powerful shower.

The hotel clean. Easy to check in and in the city centre so close to everything.
The wash sink being in the bedroom with a curtain to pull round. No tea making facilities.

clean have used many occasions however this time round was very unpleasant
i was charged twice for my stay even although “staff had sorted it “ had to wait days until i recieved any payment back

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Very basic rooms, no water, tea or coffee and no fridge to bring your own water etc. very basic was disappointing

The room was great bed comfy location great .
Didnt enjoy walking up stairs as the lift took foever to come down and sometimes was full. There should have been more than one lift in loby to use other one was out of order. And am not a tech person had trouble logging in at front desk .it should be done for you on arrival.
