It was clean and bed was comfy
Only one lift working, waited ages each time we needed to use it. Rooms a bit too compact. Not really into the funky lighting.

Ideal location for travelling into city by bus, theatres and fine eating places.
Last 3 times we've stayed one of the two lifts (same one) out of order. Only flaw.

Great location, able to check in early, clean room.
Took a while to find room as no signs to say which floor. Was up and down lift and stairs a few times. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Room small with limited hangers for clothes for 2 ppl and bed also right up at window and between walls so had to climb over to get out of bed. Tv didnt work.

Location was perfect for our visit to the theatre and plenty to do around the hotel The black out blinds were great and the room was a comfortable temperature
