Fabulous upgrade, room immaculate, Fabulous mini bar. Staff were so helpful. When they found out we got married they put rose petals on bed, chocs, a towel shaped in a heart and a lovely note! Was a lovely end to a fab day! Also breakfast staff were so accomodating! Would come back I a heartbeat!

It’s clean, modern and offers many thoughtful amenities. This was our second stay at the Carlton George and we highly recommend it.

The rooms etc was very good
My room 404 was very noisy, it was like sleeping next to a jumbo jet,
It needs to sort the window out as the noise from the AC units out side was like sleeping with the window open

Everything was perfect so much so we booked extra 3 nights. Mini bar and toiletries very high quality.
Breakfast was delicious, coffee very good all served to your table with a lovely view
Only thing I would say and this is just me being picky would have liked more fruit selection at breakfast i.e berries

The design of the newly refurbished rooms very lovely
The bar upstairs wasnt open and the afternoon tea section, felt dated and not somewhere for a drink in the city. The tea cups had no handle and therefore burned your hands
