Excellent location, next to train station, and an abundance of shops bars and restaurants.
Rooms very comfortable well presented.
Breakfast served in the window restaurant was exceptonal with a good choice of both continental and cooked breakfast, staff very attentive.
The window restaurant is very tired looking, with flaking and mouldy windows, definitely needs and upgrade.

Convenient location for Central Glasgow
It was pouring with rain and we were not allowed to transfer luggage from our car at the front entrance. We had to go to a Car Park some distance away and struggle with our bags through the wet. Not acceptable!
