Fantastic location and a really busy bar at Waxy O'connor
Comfortable beds and was able to leave suitcases on arrival before checkin time.

Great location near Queens Street Station, George Square, and Buchanan street shopping. The hotel restaurant had a view view over the city.

Disappointing
The central location was really good
Very noisy from 6am on the Saturday morning as our room was directly below the kitchen and restaurant. Although the room was clean the furniture and decor was very dated and not very well appointed so not a very comfortable space to sit and unwind in. We couldn’t watch the TV as the sound was out of sync with the picture.

The location is handy to train stations; there is a generous free bar in the room and the room itself was spacious. The staff were outstanding in trying to respond to the plumbing issue below.
It’s a little rundown and could do with a deep clean. The plumbing was blocked in the sinks which created a foul back wash and stench.

We felt room was small, pillows terrible, only 1 coffee cup in room, accessible sockets weren't near mirror, wee bit TLC required. Upgrade of room was not worth the extra £80

We loved the location, and the comfort in this hotel, it was nice, quiet and got a very good charme we liked very much. Short walk to all the main shops around, and very nice resturants very close. We just enjoyed our stay there very, very much
the resturtant, the food was good, but the breakfast was litle bland. That is the only thing we had to say that we did not love so much. But the staff was great, and friendly.

Wonderful
So central it is fantastic. Lots of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Shopping is great in Glasgow which is why we go. Hotel is tired but going through a big renovation project. We have breakfast which is always very nice.
As above the rooms are tired but always clean and tidy. The renovation project will bring it back to a high standard.
