Location was great. Close to the train station. Walking distance to central Glasgow and all its attractions. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful with any questions that we had. The bar next door Waxy OConnors was a great environment. The mini bar was equipped with everything needed.

Location and knowledgeable staff. Comfy bed and good sized room
Nothing we didnt like, but breakfast is quite expensive, no toilets on ground floor and the lift decor is a bit tired

The room was warm and bed was comfortable
The layout of the room was no good to see the TV.
The lighting was very dim, couldn't see properly.
There was one packet of biscuits although there were two people staying in the room. There was no alternative tea or coffees, we only use decaf tea and coffee and herbal or fruit teas.

The property is such a gorgeous little hotel right off central buchanan street in glasgow. It is superbly well
up kept and run by all the staff. the facilities and rooms were spotless. the ambiance of the room was both homey and cosmopolitan. the complimentary mini bar was a great touch replenished daily and the breakfast was fab. we were also happy to learn on check out that the hotel is happy to hold your bags for the day before you leave. honestly 5 stars doesnt do the place justice.
