It is in such a convenient location. Friendly and welcoming staff and the mini bar is well stocked. I will definitely book this again next time I’m in Glasgow!

Helpful staff, vibe and decor, complimentary mini bar, super comfy bed, TV can connect to phone. Excellent location and taxi rank outside. Loved the lighting.
Bathroom was a little small and awkward to reach for toilet paper. Shower dripped for quite a bit after switching off. Noisy due to central location. Could hear people in adjacent rooms speaking on the phone.

Air conditioning needed to be on all the time as windows do not open for airflow air conditioning went wrong so they did change us to another room

Friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous rooms, complimentary minibar with chips and chocolates as well. Robe to use during your stay, and very comfortable bed.
Walls were a bit thin but didn’t bother me while trying to sleep.
