Wonderful
Spa bath with jacuzzi with a mirror Tv was a treat in our junior suite. Mattress was very Comfortable.

Breakfast was a choice between continental and cooked breakfast. The cooked breakfast was fabulous, tasty sausage and thick cut bacon as well as haggis, potato cakes and mushrooms. Eggs were made to order, so were piping hot. The rooms were clean, bathroom was amazing with a fabulously spacious and hot shower. Bed was comfortable. The staff were great, couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay again.

Location was good facilities good great shower.
There was only 1 niggle that the base of shower base had no grip on the floor which made it a bit slippy sespecially for us auld yins Lovely place to stay though. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there.

Absolutely everything.
Staff are exceptional, who ever sets the culture and drives the standards needs to be very proud of the team, as not one person I interacted with during my stay was anything but brilliant. Staff are friendly, professional, kind, uplifting, engaging, attentive and make the hotel a really joy to stay at. The Food was great, ambience is relaxed and restful, decor is beautiful.
The 3 star rating is total nonsense, this hotel is a 4star plus.
I will 100% be back.

A neat rustic room in the middle of the quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was good, restaurant was pretty. Receptionist actually returned to help us check in on her way back when she was us driving in. TV with Netflix was a bonus! Free parking too!
Room was quite small, and the layout of rooms was a bit weird where you might have to climb upstairs then downstairs. We only managed to find a rustic lift stashed away in the corner and managed to move our luggages down via that. But staff was friendly and alls good!

Nothing really. I think the room was a bit small for what I paid but it was Glasgow and not a country hotel.
