It’s the perfect location for us as we had an audition appointment at RCS. The facilities also meant that a potentially nerve-wracking event was tempered by great service, delicious food and a relaxing immersion in the spa.
The second night we stayed we were surprised to hear some door slamming beneath us but it didn’t last long.

The bed was very comphy
The room during the night was very noisy from traffic outside i was wakened several times also the shower did not have a shower head that you could ajust meaning your hair would get wet, had to use the bath. The hotel was lovely but not worth £469 per night to stay in, also the spa times are not accommodating they are very restrictive.

The room air con was poor so the room was stuffily too hot and the spa is only free on a Sunday morning between 7-9.30 , thereafter as a guest of the hotel you have to pay £45 per head .
Mentioned the room heating problem to the staff , who really didn’t care - suspect it is a common problem …..
