Location, decor, room, spa all beautiful. Loved breakfast. Love the space in the bedroom and the different creams and wash gels provided..
Couldnt work out how air con in toom worked...was on high all night and far too hit. Room was just above some air con vents that were really noisy. Really hated both these thingst. Particulatly as room was quite expensive...and was rezlly lovelu otherwise

The room was excellent, breakfast was superb but the staff is what makes the hotel. We used the spa for a treatment, once more staff and experience was brilliant.
The food was a let down for me, we ate in the hotel on two nights, could not fault the staff but the menu is very limited and in my view very expensive.

The welcome from all staff was so warm and friendly. Everyone was so helpful. The spa was fantastic and the room a great size.

Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Beautifully decorated for Xmas. Very warm welcome at reception.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years. This time I felt it had lost a bit of its luxury feel. The robes in the bedroom were tired, our bathroom door didn’t shut properly. It was most evident by the dip in service in the bar area and the salon bar does not open now which was my favourite place to sit at night. When you walk down the main stair it looks empty. Maybe due to the challenge the hospitality industry is facing into at the moment.

Rooms were stunning and everything was clean and central.
You are a paying guest at this hotel and you can only use the spa facilities between 7:30-9:30am and 5-8pm
These timings are shocking considering the amount you pay to stay at the hotel it shouldn’t be a set time or the times should definitely be looked at as we were away from our kids so if we wanted to use the spa we couldn’t get a long lie as it was so early and we wanted to get out and ready for a early dinner and drinks but then we would have missed the spa again. Defo need to review this.
